When I Say That I Want Badass Or Competent Clones, I Dont Mean That They Can Hold Their Own Or Can Lead

When I say that I want Badass or Competent clones, I don’t mean that they can hold their own or can lead without the Jedi.

That’s nice but not what I want.

I want the clones getting stuck, alone, surrounded, and come back to their Jedi mostly fine but covered in blood that ISNT theirs. I want them able to take down natborns on their own skill and fighting styles. No blasters, no weapons.

I want clones that seem nice but once in a while, their Jedi fear them.

I see Clones using lightsabers

I raise you, clones using lightsabers but no other clones know about it.

It comes to head when on Coruscant and hunting for a criminal through the lower levels warehouses. In the final battle, obi wan had lost his saber and Cody used it to catch the criminal.

Word spreads through the GAR and a helmet cam video spread with it.

Cody ends up getting several messages from other commanders critiquing his form. He is very unamused and was quick to point out they didn’t know how to use a lightsaber.

Well, more vids flowed of the commanders doing so.

I have found Alpha 17, Sister Micheal is such a mood and legit my favorite.

Their both in teaching positions but really their whole vibe is ‘f ck them kids’.

For Cody day, I give a headcanon!

In my mind, the CCs got special training with melee weapons and each have their preferred weapon. This way they could act as a bodyguard for their general on political missions.

Cody is obviously skilled in hand to hand combat, preferring to use his legs. So, his favorite weapon is two daggers in a reverse grip (he does not use them often because he rarely has them on him.) However, it is not the only weapon he uses. In the souls of his shoes, a knife can pop out of the toe giving his kicks some extra punch!

These shoes have saved many a life, including General Kenobi who was quite impressed with their effectiveness. While he attempted to learn how to use them, he was never as proficient as Cody and elected to leave the stabby kicking to Cody.

How dare this be so funny and accurate. Everytime I watch this scene I will think of this and I couldn’t be happier about it
