Harry was overloaded with meetings. I knew by the time he got home he’d probably only want to cuddle, or a bath. One or the other.

The front door opened and his bright eyes found me right away, sprawled on our couch watching a random episode of a reality show.

“Love, let me color your nails.” His voice echoed over the tv.

“What?” My eyes followed him.

“We’ve got these new samples I wanna try out, come on.” He takes a seat next to me and takes out a bag full of Pleasing nail polishes from his tote.

I smile at how excited he’s getting, scattering shades of green, blues and pinks he had.

“Pick one.” He pushes the samples towards me.

“I don’t get a kiss hello?” I laugh.

His eyes widen before he’s smothering me with kisses. Forehead. Cheeks. Lips. Neck. Forehead. Nose. Cheeks. Neck. Nose. Lips.

“Ok, ok.” I laugh, averting his lips to mine once more then pulling away.

“Choose.” He laid them out in his hands. I chose blue and pink and he grinned.

“Fine line.” I voiced.

“I figured.”

He got to coloring my nails while I went back to the show I was watching. It went on and on, but nothing seemed to make sense. Not when Harry was next to me to talk to.

I paused the show and carefully untucked my feet from behind me. He pulled back, cautiously watching my nails as my legs spread onto his lap.

Once I stilled, he continued.

“How was your day?” I asked.

“Fun. We talked about marketing and all that boring stuff, but at the end, they showed us some polish samples of the colors I chose out last week. They told me I had to choose out of the twenty they made.”

I looked back at the table where the polishes rested, only three of them.

“Brought the ones I thought you’d look really pretty in.” He said.

I looked back up at him, eyes going over every curve that showed how concentrated he was. The crease between his brows, the dimple he smiled when he was satisfied, and the ones on his forehead from age.

“Finished.”

“That fast?”

“Mhm.”

He blew on them before tilting them towards me. It was obvious he was more experienced than me. Since I was young was I coloring my nails with cheap nail polish that didn’t quite cover my nail, but covered nearly half my finger instead. Harry’s job was neater, not a single smudge was evident.

“My turn.” He turned aggressively. My legs fell from his lap, and as soon as the same polishes were in my hands, he stretched his legs on me like I did to him. “We can match.”

He smiled widely as I started with his thumb.

“You’re like a child.” I laughed.

“What? How?” He whined, a start of a laugh edging his words.

“You’re so excited about nail polish and showing me your new projects.”

“It only means I’d get along great with my own.”

“Yeah.” I smiled just imagining little Harry’s and me’s running around.

“Baby,”

“Harry,” His toe stabbed my side in response, making me flinch. I gave him a warning look and he quickly mouthed a ‘sorry’ before I returned back to his, slightly smudged, pink nail.

“Hypothetically, if we did have a family, how many would you want?”

I didn’t want to answer quite yet, too scared to give an answer that he wouldn’t like. “How many would you want?” I bounced the question back.

He shook his head with a smirk but answered anyways. “Seven. I’d want to live in the suburbs while our kids— Molly, Timber, Amber, George, Clementine, Kennedy, and lily— scurry down a block or two with us to school.”

Fear flushed me when the word ‘Seven’ bounced out of his mouth. He had to be bluffing. But I refused to look anywhere but his nails and the brush atop it.

He burst into laughter and lifted my chin up to see him with one of his blank fingers. “I’m only kidding, love.”

I pushed his shoulder lightly and waited until he settled down from his fit. Tears threatened to drop from the edge of his eyes.

“We’d only have six.” He said.

“Hypothetically.”

“Yes, obviously.” Snark lingered in his words.

Jisoo was a busy person. You knew that. She had many responsibilities to uphold as an idol and you didn't hold anything against her for that. On her rest days, she used them to the fullest for what they were for. Rest.

Originally you didn't see the problem to being there to pamper her whenever she stayed at home but after today, you realized it's gotten too far.

She came home with the expectation that everything's already going to be done for her. And when you had finally came back home after an exhausting day, you couldn't help but wonder why the clothes were still on the floor and the dishes still dirty.

"Jisoo?"

"Hm?"

You hung your coat on the rack, "What's up with the clothes on the floor and the dirty dishes?"

She shrugged, "I thought you were going to do it."

You gave her a quizzical look, "But… I've been gone the whole day. You've been home longer than me."

"You can clean it now." She responded plainly.

"What?" You scoffed, "It's not my mess to clean."

"What's that supposed to mean?"

"Exactly what it means." You sighed, "The clothes on the floor are yours. Not mine. The dirty dishes are from you. I haven't been home all day."

"Clean it. I'm tired from work all week."

You couldn't believe what you were hearing from her. It was so out of character for her and yet she didn't seem like she was joking. You thought today would be a relaxing day with your girlfriend but your mood couldn't have gotten even worse. You weren't going to just take that.

"Kim Jisoo!" The name coming out of your mouth scaring her equally as much as your tone. "I do the things I do for you out of love but I'm not going to sit here and slave around because you told me to! I choose to do those things for you, not because I have to! I will walk right out that door if you treat me like this again! Do you understand?"

She looked at you in disbelief as she nodded quickly. You had never shouted so loudly before, let alone use her full name. But all she knew was that threat to leave was a hundred percent real. She knew she wasn't going to let that happen again.

"Jennie!"

"What's wrong?"

You hung her phone in front of her between your fingers, "What's this?"

"What's what?" She asked unsure.

"Your phone background."

Quickly realizing what you were talking about, her nervousness disappeared as she tried to stifle a laugh seeing how angry you were. The background in question was of a photo from one of the many photos she had taken of you napping. But this one was different. It wouldn't be an exaggeration to say that your reputation amongst your friends would go down the drain if it ever got out.

"Jennie can you delete them please?"

"But why? They're so good!" She exclaimed as she took the phone out of your hands, giggling at the background.

"Because it's insanely embarrassing!"

"So? Only I get to see it!" She stuck her tongue out as she ran up the stairs. Before she could reach the top of the steps, she heard you shout.

"Jennie Kim!"

Your sudden outburst made her jump out of her skin, almost dropping the phone in her hands. You never said her full name. Worried, she slowly turned back and saw you holding up your own phone.

"Jennie. If you don't delete that and probably the ten other photos you have, I will leak all of your drunk texts to me to the girls and I mean all of them.

"You... You wouldn't dare."

"You think I won't? Watch." You turned on your phone and began typing, "Do you remember what you said because I clearly do."

As you said that you heard frantic small steps coming towards you and saw a hand cover your screen. You looked up at her as she quickly nodded and took the phone out of your hands.

"I promise, I will... Just please don't do that... Or ever use my full name again. It's terrifying."

With the new comeback and a tour scheduled in the upcoming months, she had to come up with something. Laying in bed with you very early in the morning, she had her small notebook on her lap and pen in hand.

"Hard to love... Find it hard to trust... Maybe another line here...?"

You turned in your sleep from the noise and opened your eyes slightly. "Hey... Chae, can you be a little quieter?"

"Oh! Yeah, sorry. I'll be quiet, promise."

You mumbled a quick thanks and turned back in your blanket. She knew you had an exhausting day so she did just that. She gave you a quick kiss on the head and looked back to her book but sadly it didn't last long. With her mind solely focusing on the music, she began humming melodies and singing lightly making you grumble and cover your ears.

With her voice overpowering your small protests, she thought she could get away with being a little louder. You didn't hate her singing. Normally you adored it but you seriously needed some well deserved rest. Your small attempts of trying to grab her attention were going unoticed but you needed to get her attention somehow. As she got louder, you were being pushed to your limit. Eventually, you snapped.

"Park Chaeyoung! Please! I'm just trying to get some sleep!"

She let out a small squeal as you shouted. The volume scaring the living daylights out of her.

You had meant that as some sort of warning but she sure didn't take it the way you intended. Initially she was nervous of how you used her full name but it faded shortly after. She was more overwhelmed by how her name sounded coming from your deep voice so early in the morning. It made her feel things that she didn't know she could ever feel. She fully faced you as she closed her book and put her pen down, face flushed with red.

"Hey... I know you want me to be quiet-and I promise I will but can you say my name one more time?"

Lisa was just generally a touchy person and you were fine with it but this... this was crossing the line. You didn't even want to come to the company event but she convinced you to come here. And yet she's right in front of you dancing with another woman after being asked to. You knew it was best to get along with your coworkers but with how she was doing it, you weren't sure.

Their dancing seemed a lot more sensual than it should've been. Hands on each other's hips, swaying just that much more.

After noticing the interactions between the two, you knew you had to do something. You tried calling her names an amount of times to no avail.

She kept dancing. You sighed and cleared your throat, not caring who would hear you.

As soon as you called her full name, her head shot up and looked around the now silent dance floor. Once she finally saw you, you had your arms crossed and with a look in your eyes that could kill. She quickly excused herself from the girl and ran over to you, feeling tiny under your gaze.
