Yet she hesitated at first because her boss already paid for her room. Now that she has to find her own accommodations, why not accept her boyfriend's offer? They have been dating for a few months now.

From an outside perspective, that sounds batshit. Esentially living with a guy after only a few months of dating. First, the circumstances are unique. Second, this woman is head over heels for this man. Logic isn't exactly playing a role here.
