Pirate Whump Prompts

Whumpee tied to the mast.

Keelhauling: Tie a rope around Whumpee’s waist and drag them behind the ship. Let them thrash and try (and fail) to keep their head above water.

“It’s either me or the sharks. Your choice.”

A pistol under Whumpee’s jacket, guiding them onto the ship.

"If you don't want to be here, you're free to leave. Just hop right over the side. Oh? Can't swim. What a shame."

Swords to throats. That's it. That’s the prompt.

Defeated Whumpee slowly dropping to their knees, tossing their sword aside. Trying not to flinch as the tip of Whumper’s blade presses against the hollow of their throat.

Whumpee stuck in the brig as the ship starts to sink. Scrambling for air, begging the crew to unlock them as they rush past. Whumpee starts screaming desperate promises. They'll be good. They'll not fight back anymore. They'll do whatever the captain wants, just please don't leave them there. Don't let them drown.

Whumpee hides, listening to the screams of their crewmates above deck. Wondering how long they can go undiscovered. Wondering if they’ll be braver when their ship’s attackers find them. Knowing they won’t.

A sword presses at the small of Whumpee’s back. “Stealing food, are we?”

Whumpee is given the worst rations, barely kept alive. Made to do work around the ship and beaten if they don't, but their body is so close to giving up. The only thing keeping them going is that nothing they feel now will be as bad as the pain they will endure if they refuse.

“Do you have a habit of making enemies out of pirates?” “I have a habit of making enemies out of assholes.”

Whumpee stumbles over their words, trembling hands raised. "How about we put the weapons down and talk this through like men" Captain considers for a moment. "Nah, I like my way better. Someone ready the plank."

Saltwater burning deep into Whumpee’s wounds - lash marks suddenly searing far worse than when the skin first split.

Iron manacles rubbing against raw skin. Whumpee will have the scars for the rest of their life.
