Caught In His Own Web

What's a superhero to do when he gets caught in a web of his own making? Then when it's torn asunder when his deceit is discovered, how does he make it right with you while trying to keep you and the city safe from a menacing creature? Some things you just cannot mend with a stitch or two!
That's the dilemma Peter Parker faces as he swings back and forth between extra intelligent student who you find annoyingly brilliant and Spider-man, who saves you, befriends you, and listens as you pour out your heart in the wee hours of the morning.
Today's Fic Rec is @jamespottersdaisy 's Dulcet; a multi-part story that is captivating from the start. Featuring a smart Lead, who fights to stay at the top of the class, Peter is likewise battling to figure out how to win You over. As if that wasn't keeping him busy enough, he's got a mystery to solve because the city is in danger.
The story has four parts thus far with at least one more to come so check it out. It's a good read!
Remember to REBLOG the stories you enjoy, and if you like the Spider-man fandom, I think you'll enjoy this one. Reblog it and share it so others can enjoy it too!
Dulcet (Part One)
Other parts on the the author's masterlist.

Oh no! I didn’t take it that way at all. I had just wanted to clarify my own position about them before I went into that elaborate and long derail regarding their past and future careers. Derails are my spirit animal unfortunately. It’s because at work I have to be quite linear and that makes my neck itch sometimes. So, sorry for the confusion and also for the extra content. I haven’t seen Past Lives; it’s on my list as I'd seen it was getting some buzz for being noteworthy.
Also sorry for the multiple reblogs. Sometimes Tumblr discussions get flak from people who don't wish for them to exist on the platform, but I rather enjoy them. Broadens my perspectives and opportunity to learn new things from people all over the world. And anyone can join in.
There's nothing more beautiful than Andrew Garfield's crying face:

I want to hold him everytime... 😭😭😭
