Something new and fresh for me. My new guy decided to surprise me with a beautiful wonderful date at a fancy schmancy restaurant. Like real high end, pricey. And honestly speaking it's my 1st time being treated like a princess and a guy doesn't settle for a family diner like Denny's, or chili's or millers ale house....it was the sweetest romantic thing and they dimmed the lights as the place came closer to closing time. Then at the end of the date he dropped me off and we chatted on the phone for hours, and he confessed how he felt towards me and it was so heart jerking. 🥹❤️‍🔥💖💯 for once someone wants to take me seriously and treat me right. And I can't get over it. But I know I would NEVER ruin this relationship! 🥰😍😋

I have to repost this. Since I'm also practicing this as well.

Learn to Say Less Than Needed.

The less you speak, and the more conviction, authority, and calculation your words have when you do increases the value of what you have to say and your outer persona. The more you speak, the less your words are valued and the more you make yourself vulnerable to others.

This is something I'm practicing. Every thought that comes across our heads is not supposed to be vocalized. We should be curating what we say carefully and be strategic with our words. The power of life and death lies on the tongue, and a well-trained and sharp tongue can be a powerful weapon when utilized correctly.

From now on, every time I feel like oversharing, giving an opinion on a controversial subject, or about someone directly, I assess the situation and how my speaking my thoughts can affect my proximity to whatever I'm trying to achieve. It's all about being strategic.

Unfortunately, it's easy to give up to reckless speaking when everyone else seems to be doing just that - especially on social media. It's good to take a deep breath before doing the same thing as others, after all, more often than not we are not trying to emulate the ways of the common folk.

Another super useful post. On payday I will have to get these things. I keep hearing about all these benefits but wasn't able to get them. But now I'm jumping onto my original plan and this is affirmation helps.

What vitamins do you recommend for women to take daily? I currently take none but I’d like to change that, I just don’t know where to start there are so many! Do you also know of a vitamin other than biotin for hair growth? It tends to break me out unfortunately.

omega 3s have so many benefits too, including scalp health which can promote hair growth

for skin, try hyaluronic acid in pill form. it enhances its benefits when taken orally so you’ll have plump and hydrated skin

maca root and evening primrose are both hormone levelers if you want to add that to your daily intake too. cause more often than not, us women struggle in that department lol

you can also take collagen supplements in place of biotin
