WEEK 3

Time for a quick check in like I’ve promised.

For me, providing personal physique updates are simultaneously one of the most motivating and most disheartening things imaginable.

On the one hand, I feel so fucking strong on this cycle, it’s incredible. My rep-able bench weight is up 10 kg already. And the pumps I have been getting are nigh-on euphoric. Likewise, clothes already feel more restrictive. For being less than 1/4 of the way though, that makes me super fucking excited for the next few months 😈

But then on the other hand, shots like this remind me how far I still have to go. I don’t look ‘3D’ and I’m a far cry from the Molnars and Krizaneks of the world who I idolise 😭

That’s why we just gotta keep plugging away: plenty more pinning on the horizon and plenty more stuffing my face even though I’m not remotely hungry
