The Many Times That This Specific Shot Of The Back Of Barry Was Used In Jetpack Joyride Promo Art. I
the many times that this specific shot of the back of Barry was used in Jetpack Joyride promo art. i like how in the new years one, they use that png of the scientists cheering but keep them at the original size, making Barry look disproportionately bigger than them and i think that is incredibly funny. they're like his kids or something XD

the stein has been posted to Twitter!! big thanks to the account that posted it!!

does anyone have any information about this "Age Of Zombies Beer Stein" that was mentioned in a contest Halfbrick did for the game's iOS release? it's mentioned in this page as one of the first place prizes, but i've never seen a single image of it anywhere, and searching for it yields no results.
![[image id] A screenshot of a section from a page on Halfbrick's blog that reads "Age of Zombies beer stein – drink in style with Barry Steakfries, just like the lucky guy above! Barry is back on the iPhone after his first outing in Monster Dash, and he is ready to party!". Despite the "just like the lucky guy above" part of the section, there are no photos attached to the page. it's not on their Cafepress so it must have been something exclusive. i'm just curious to know what it looked like because you'd expect something like this to pop up as a photo somewhere. the section screenshotted seems to imply that there was a photo of it up on the page at one point, so i thought i'd look on the Wayback Machine to see if it was archived, but the one snapshot from 2020 has nothing. is this like, a piece of physical lost media or something? why is this so interesting?
(important note: i tried to have a look at the page announcing the winners to see if there was any info about the mysterious stein, but for some unknown reason, the link keeps redirecting to "Dog playing Fruit Ninja" which i find to be both kinda annoying and extremely funny. i keep getting my path blocked by some dog on an iPad and i don't know how to get around it....)
some art of the monsters from Monster Dash having a good ol' game of volleyball together :) they didn't invite the yeti though, strangely enough...

you've probably seen this particular promo image a bunch of times if you've known about Jetpack Joyride for ages. the first time it was posted to their socials was September 10th, 2012. it's been used in a lot of promo images over the years, seen below in an Amazon Appstore update image. it's even been used in one of the thumbnails for Barry's vlog.

here's a couple images i got from the Fragger page on Jetpack Joyride's wiki of the crossover between Monster Dash and the game Fragger. i just think they're neat :) that monstrous lookin Barry art with the explosion looks sick as hell, and seeing that super old twitter logo there is really nostalgic... on the other hand, seeing Barry with those fucked up proportions is really unnerving! why does he do that!!
also, do Barry's sprites use art from when Jetpack Joyride was known as 'Machine Gun Jetpack'? it would make sense considering this crossover probably happened around 2010 or so. weird seeing them actually used in a game!

some promotional Jetpack Joyride Valentines art posted to their Facebook. i wonder why they make Valentines art despite not having a dedicated event in the game... oh well, it's pretty cute seeing the scientists be gay for each other and Barry :) they're in love!!
