Tell me if this is considered sh or not

So I sometimes will scratch myself until a bleed and it becomes a wound and the pick at it until I'm satisfied over the days. Due to this I have a lot of scratch scars and so on. This gets especially bad in summer with bug bites. Because I will do this to them. Or if my mouth can reach them, this is disgusting, I will bite their base until they pop and release some kind of liquid. I have no idea what it is. And like, it hurts. It hurts so good though. When I pick at the wounds and watch as blood comes from it, it's so satisfying. It feels good to know that it might be infected. Because it's a thrill to see a new type of pain. Maybe I'm just a pain slut with a blood kink but like. I like it. And occasionally I will get the "you deserve to bleed and suffer" from my mind. I'm just not really sure if this is fully considered as sh??

I still am terrified. I'm not sure because I talk a lot and forget what I talk about easily so Idk if my friends know anything about me. They know I like Deadpool and undertale.
