They/them is my most preferred followed by he/him, and then any/all and she/her are similar.

As far as terms go:

Fem/neutral/masc -> 40-35-25

i LOVE fem terms, neutral terms are okay and I'm meh about masc terms. (Terms are things like 'man' 'lady' 'human' etc)
