I want to make a creepypasta comic so bad 💔

I haven’t read the pastra rewrite because of this. The trope is so so tired and so unrealistic. I don’t exactly like the “realistic” creepypasta that’s becoming a lot more popular because I just feel like it takes some whimsy/creativity away from the original fandom, but this isn’t really like that. It also makes no real sense to just be “born like that” and adds absolutely nothing to the story—it even takes from it!! it’s so lame and disappointing because I feel like this happens with every rewrite we get every few years.

Massive hater moment: I liked Pastras Jeff the killer rewrite until the reveal that Jeff was essentially fucked up in the head his whole life. The born sociopath/psychopath trope just feels mean to me as a schizo, but is also pretty boring. why is it less impactful for the derangement of a character to come from trauma? It honestly feels less sanist to take the edgy approach of the original, even if both play into stigma at the end of the day the latter feels less cynical.

Alright, idk if I'm the only one, but I love myself a chronically ill Jeff. Like, from a young age he would constantly be getting sick, seizures, vomity, sudden loss of balance, nose bleeds, migraines so bad his vision blurs, just sick, now, this was all caused by Imperium and Jeff was particularly sensitive and still is, but it got a little better. Now, mix this with the fact he's a schizophrenic and has bipolar disorder. Imagine this, you just had a seizure, your abusive mom took your medications so your paranoid, seeing shit and your emotions are everywhere and you need to vomit. You can't move very well so you vomit on the floor, your mom gets mad. Now, if you drag yourself to the bathroom, she yells at you for dragging piss through the house. There's no winning. Doctors told Jeff he wouldn't live into his thirties. THEN, as a teenager, extreme drug abuse did not help, and he was at his worse. But he got sober and out of pure spite and his love for exercise and proper nutrition he lived into his eighties and the drug abuse caught up to him as well as his physical illness and full organ failure was around the corner, so Jack pulled the plug with Jeff high as fuck on every single drug he missed and boom, out. Like, the ANGST!!

Jeff has a massive sweet tooth, specially when it comes to ultra sour candy

Ej hates candy/sweet/sugar, the only way for him to eat it is in spicy candy (the more spicy the better for him)

Jeff is really slim, mostly because of his tcas and substance abuse, but ever since he is with EJ, his weight has return to a kinda healthy state, not because EJ ask him to, is more of a natural thing that happens thanks to him

EJ purrs when he cuddles with Jeff, although he finds it cute, anyone from an outside perspective is gonna hear an uncomfortable low toned growl

Jeff shouldn't eat raw meat, so Jack always cooks half of the food so he can always share with him

Jeff loves to presume him with everyone, EJ doesn't mind but gets flustter

Jeff loves how calm and mysterious EJ is, even though they are both quite similar thinkers

EJ loves how LOUD and chaotic Jeff is, is like if all EJ impulsive thoughts became a person
