Challenge 90: Healthy: Progress is Not Linear It probably won’t come as a shock to you that I chose mental health as my focus for this challenge. I wouldn’t consider myself very successful in the other realms of healthiness– being perpetually out of shape my whole life, and giving into cravings rather easily. But since mid-way through college, back in… geez, that was like 2010, so seven years ago (shit, I’m old now!)… I began the long journey of therapy. It has helped me grow, mature, gain strength and wisdom about myself and others, and I know I’ll continue the journey for the rest of my life. But most importantly, it has always been filled with both ups and downs. Sometimes you need to fall a little first, in order to step someplace higher. Caitlin
