Apparently these stacked rocks on the islands in Hawaii are from tourists and after a little research it’s actually considered bad form and one should not do it.

Crystal Beach Florida is one of those towns that sets the imagination on a path of discovery. I recently had the pleasure of showing off my town to a friend from the Midwest. Took him to Tarpon Springs, to Mr. Souvlaki’s (Once A Week Go Greek) to have Pickled Octopus and Greek Chow Mein. We then took a stroll through Crystal Beach, to the community pier that is named after my grandmother‘s youngest brother. Then down to the community park, to one of the favorite oak trees that we used to climb as kids, and then to the water fountain. If you are lucky enough to live in Crystal Beach, you are lucky enough!
As my sister and I leave Vegas and head to Kauai I’m excited, and yet sad at the same time. This would not have been a vacation that I would have gone on solo, this would have been an “us” vacation. I know that thinking of yesterday fogs your vision of your today, so I focus my attention on what I can control now, whatever that actually means “control”. I’m making my way through this storm. It matters not how straight the gate, How charged the punishments the scroll, I am the master of my fate: I am the captain of my soul.... (Invictus...William Ernest Henley)

On my way to the Columbia Restaurant in Ybor City, why so serious? Because it’s some seriously good food 👍
