I finally am happy with my current design for danny I changed up how I thought of him and applied it to my art

Before I always went with the thought small child with a heart and sass and really lened with the cute anime look to make him actually look like a child but this is where it back fired he looked like a sassy 7 year old instead of the angsty good kid teen I wanted I made him look taller and more angsty and cunning but also soft so I kept the big eyes just made them less animie and more off putting and calmed down on the hair and searched up messy hair ref and others artwork as ref

I think he reads more as a angsty off putting teen now and less like a 7 year old magical girl

I also changed his cannon design a bit I cept the top and pants just added a long sleeved shirt under his top idk man if I was getting into fights constantly with lots of cuts and bruses I'd cover myself up more to hide the damage and it would draw less attention then a big jacket would plus its the last thing to take of when changing instead of the first so less people would likely see the damage idk just made more sense to me
