Carter is an (may be not canon to be trans man or not but still) human, who an (you already know) scottish person, who moved by his uncles (more like dads Ross and Murray) when he was younger (as far you may not know/notice that's how he met Edd, Tom, Matt and basically Tord (with their language problem and teaching together!)
