for much of my existence i have been stealing endlessly repeatable phrases from people like theyre mind viruses but i finally know what its like to be a pioneer. i stream of consciousness called something "true and vivid" the other night and now i have an entire friend group who cannot stop repeating it

well, it's been a while, and a whole magmml3 release, but i have finally completed my battle network fanfiction. it only took 11 months, the scope being triple the length i imagined, and being saddled with a persistent cold immediately after magmml3 finished to get it done! isn't that great.

I keep forgetting to post about this but Make A Good Mega Man Level 3, the fangame I've been working on for over 2 years, is finally complete and released!

Working on this game has been a very time-consuming/exhausting experience me, but it's been absolutely worth it to see people enjoying the game and to finally do all the entrants justice. I am eternally thankful towards @snoruntpyro for creating/directing this series and giving me the opportunity to work on it. I seriously feel it has been an honour and it's shown me what I'm actually capable of as a gamedev.
But before I get too sappy, I'm also posting this to say that I will be writing about my experience of working on game here in the future! I mainly want to give developer commentary on the levels I worked on (especially my postgame level), but there'll be other dev stories worth telling along the way.
It won't be for a while though, since the game's still fresh out of the oven and I don't want to spoil newcomers! So if you haven't already, download the game and play it yourself! I earnestly believe you'll enjoy it!

we could all use lebron james as a role model. he seems to fail at everything he does; find the most embarrassing mistakes to make in his favorite video games at the worst of times. yet, despite his missteps, he finds the passion to scream for what he loves, even at his lowest point. his will is unbreakable in spite of all that happens to him. truly an inspiration.
