Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon contains multiple "game-breaking cobwebs" that crash the game either directly when Luigi vacuums them up, or slightly later after he does that, but only under seemingly extremely specific conditions that are not currently understood.

While it is very difficult to see in the footage, there is a cobweb above Luigi during the gameplay segment, and the game crashes at the moment when he vacuums it up. While some instances of game-breaking cobwebs can be reproduced with extensive setups, meaning that the effect is deterministic, the underlying causes for the crashes are unknown.
