Ok can I say something about the “wanting two Minecraft characters to make out thing?”. I for one ((and alot of others in the fandom)) aren’t really interested in seeing the cubic versions of them kissing. It’s weird and awkward. the reasons why people are attracted to the characters and well...ship them is more-so because the show isn’t supposed to be minecraft? -Ok that sounds weird but hear me out  basically it doesn’t take place in any minecraft universe((nowadays)) & Jess simply uses minecraft as a medium to show her stories. In universe the characters themselves aren’t cubes, they’re people, people with hands, fingers, butts, ect. We just see them as cubes cause...Jess can’t draw & she doesn’t have the animation team or budget to do a fully animated series ((one where the characters aren’t cubes)).     She tried fiddling with the characters models to make them look more humanoid but she decided against it after a while. since it just looked strange.    To us they are people instead of cubes. That’s about it. They are characters and people like shipping characters together, people like loving and stanning characters, especially when the characters have really nice or fun personalities. Which is one of the big reasons why we fall in love with them.  Theirs also the matter of the whole “Imagination” aspect of it. The characters look how you imagine them to, its pretty similar to why people want to fuck book characters without actually knowing what they’d look like, we don’t wanna make out with the cubes((or MOST of us don’t. there are some.....but we don’t talk about them)) we want to make out with the person we’d imagine them to be. Their designs allow for a lot of headcanons, and creativity which leads to more thirst I suppose.    I understand if you don’t wanna be seen with us or whatever. But I hope this shows you that we aren’t..like...that bad ya know? We’re people, and some members of this fandom are honestly really cool ((Jess has just as many adults in her fandom as children. though her target audience is teenagers))    I hope this clears a few things up about us.    

I used to be part of the Aphmau fandom and a lot of the people there were kids so it appeared like it was full of 'those fangirls'. I understand not wanting to look lie one of them, they are terrifying. (Especially when they are 9 year olds wanting two minecraft characters to make-out.)
