Do you have more headcanons for Albino Warriors? I don't have albinism nor do I know anybody with albinism, so I would like to know some more if you want/can share.

I just want to get this out of the way, I am not a person with albinism or expert, so don’t use me as a main source for everything that people with albinism have to deal with, this is just what me and my friend have discussed and what I have found online while researching. Feel free to correct anything I get wrong :)

That being said…

He uses a lot of sunscreen. people with albinism are significantly more likely to get skin cancer from UV light, so he always has a bottle or two on him.

(Time also has a secret back up stash on him because he remembers how stressed The captain got when he ran out during the war.)

He has photophobia (sensitivity to light) and he has a pair of sunglasses that he puts on when it’s too bright, even though this isn’t the best for his vision, 20/60, that means that something someone with perfect vision can see from 60 feet he can only see from twenty. He has contact lenses that he wears most of the time (his Hyrule is the second most high tech (on a technicality) and is in the middle of an Industrial Revolution (hc)) but when he’s tired or just doesn’t feel like putting his contacts in, he’ll wear glasses. At the same time, he’s very self-conscious about that, and only starts wearing them around the chain when he starts opening up to them.

Legend, after finding out about his photophobia and how the sunglasses aren’t very good for his eyesight he get him a brimmed hat (from Ravio) and then enchanted it to block out light better.

This isn’t the most specific stuff but I want to talk to my friend about the more specific and complex issues dealt with in the albinism community before I cover it in this, thank you for asking (Sorry this took so long to respond to). Warriors was trying his best to keep his composure but failed miserably, along with Time. Everyone was so confused looking at the three laughing their asses off.

And what a story it was to explain to them all.
