I decided to try a new format - publish an entire district at once for download. This way I can share some of my old lots, which were never published. Today 'on the program' is my only fully built-up area of Kamorebi - Senbamachi.

As I'm building in Mt. Komorebi I'm constantly asking myself, how can I make this build more "old"? I think I've found a nice balance without teetering too far into alpha city.

This lot will end up being a whole city block of buildings, cluttered and lively. A luxurious modern micro home will be wedged somewhere in between the buildings.

As we anticipate the new expansion pack, I thought it was the perfect opportunity to convert this timeless Sims 2 memorabilia 🥀

I had to fiddle with the mesh and especially the texture to make it look okay, but I think it turned out fine in the end.

It has 1 swatch, all LODs, shadows and can be found in beds.
