Robin’s mom loved her, and sacrificed herself to save Robin, Reiju and Sora where they only two people who cared for Sanji, and they loved him deeply. Vivi and Cobra, the Boa sisters, Usopp and his mom, and various other examples. The general message of One Piece isn’t that all bio families are to be avoided, though there are families that provide examples of that, but that when you go out into the world, the people you meet will become your family and that’s beautiful.
