so i drew some more dadzawa! based on a scene from Heart, Check that i’ve been wanting to draw for forever now. if you haven’t read it yet you 1000% should go do that right now, its so freaking cute i love it so damn much ♥♥♥

It was good work. Hard. Dangerous. But he was dangerous.

If the Overhaul gang wanted assurance that things would run smoothly, without a hitch, they sent Nothing.

Some in the underground thought he was a ghost, a phantom. Even some in the Overhaul gang thought he was mute.

He just didn’t feel the need to speak. Overhaul liked that. No questions, no complaints. The perfect secret weapon.

So when he was asked to watch something, since the last member of the gang with the task had “disappointed” Overhaul, he did so, without a word, though he knew it was a waste of his time. Wasting his very special set of skills.

He opens a door into a room he was never in before to that room and has a little bandaged girl stare up at him with those big red eyes.

He stands by the door and doesn’t talk.

She doesn’t talk. She stares at him for a while, her fear morphing into something else. She picks up a stuffed cat, and meows.

His cat mask. 

He nods slowly. She offers it to him. He takes it, and she seems happier. But she does not smile.

This was never his business, but when he has to see what Overhaul does to her first hand… it becomes his business.

She holds his hand on the way there, and he carries her back.

And he only lets it happen once.

Turns out, this was an excellent use of his skills, after all.

After only a few hours of prep, getting out of the complex was child’s play. It was only when he got to the exit, Overhaul was waiting for them.

The fight was a match, with henchmen getting in the way. 

Finally, with a hand hovering over Nothing’s face, Overhaul grinned.

“You have to blink, sometime.”

And that’s when Eri held Overhaul’s hand. For the first and last time.

And with Overhaul fading into nothingness, they disappear too, into the night. A little white haired girl and her papa. No longer, Nothing. Just Aizawa Shouta. Father to Aizawa Eri.

They moved to a nice neighborhood. With kids and families. It’s what she needed, deserved. Aizawa would take care of his daughter. Keep her safe, happy.

He still worked. The only work he knew how to do. 

He fought Pro’s of course, though as little as he could help it. One of them, an exceptionally loud one decided to give him a name for the reports: Eraserhead. It didn’t take long for Present Mic to figure out his quirk.

Eraserhead avoided capture easily every time, his face never known, his voice rarely heard.

It wasn’t until a certain loud long haired blond man moved next door to them in their pleasant neighborhood, that’s when things start to unravel.

Alright thats all I got for now. Here are some little side notes btw: 1.No, the cat mask thing was not inspired by this Naruto Anbu thing, everybody kept sending me. It’s just based on the japanese kabuki/kitsune mask (where the Anbu thing also got inspired from I guess) 2. Just put the visuals really quick together in a rough concept art so yeh, I used some references like from the movie Drive or the bnha manga

Saw the Ghost AU post and I'd love to hear some more about it! (I know it's an older post, but I live for the undead! lol)

Wow that au is OLD! It was an au that originated from the EM server, where high school teacher Mic moves into a new apartment, one that was coincidentally haunted by Aizawa! The apartment was originally thought to be Aizawa, since Aizawa was mute when Mic first started seeing him

The au got deeper as more and more info about the circumstances of Aizawa’s death surfaced: he had been in a car crash with his son Shinsou in the front seat, injuring Shinsou and killing Aizawa in the process. The apartment wasn’t originally owned by Aizawa: it had been on the street where the crash took place

It got even deeper when it was revealed that Mic is in fact Shinsou’s teacher! (the fact beign reveled when Aizawa had seen one of Mic’s student’s names while grading) The comic you’re referring to depicted the time where Mic accidentally angered Aizawa by speaking ignorantly about his past, resurfacing buried memories and causing Aizawa to glitch in rage, almost killing Mic in the process (something he apologized for afterward)

Things cooled off after that and the three eventually met up and got to know each other all over again. mending broken bonds, and strengthening others. . We even talked about how sometimes Mic will allow Aizawa to possess him (despite Aizawa’s prior disapproval) so that he could hold his son one last time!
