Something random
I know my last two posts were D&D related, but I enjoy not having a specific topic for my stuff. I fancy myself a writer, so here is something random that I have written: Swirls of colors that blind reality. Nothing seems real anymore, it all looks superficial. Everything has been masked by a cloud of noxious fumes of plastic and chemicals. Reality has become dark and twisted, covered with a thousand layers of fake materials. Darkness covers the eye of the beholder and fools it with illusions of beauty. Feel free to give feedback if you'd like.
Might as well

D&D stuff
So, I am a pretty big gamer. There are only a hand-full of games I play, but I love them. I mostly play Fallout 4, Skyrim, and Borderlands 2. Those are my main go to games. However, I also enjoy board/card games too. I love Monopoly, Stratego, Outwageous (gambling trivia game from the 90s), Cards Against Humanity (Apples to Apples: Going to Hell edition), and chess. I l iterally collect chess sets. But my all-time #1 favorite game is Dungeons & Dragons (D&D). I have been in several campaigns as a player. My first one, was 3.5e and I was a Sorcerer who thought Familiars can tank (They can't). Second character was in the same campaign, but was a homebrew class. I made Natsu Dragneel (from Fairy Tail) and I was stupid. Next campaign was a 3.5e Lord of the Rings based and I was a Dwarf Dungeon Crasher (a sub-class of Fighter) and it was one of my most successful characters. Then I was in one of my longest running campaigns. It was 3.5e, but we used Skype to talk and Google Docs for the map. It also happened to be a campaign where we were Kobolds (still evil). Zajal was a Winged-Kobold Swordsage, a martial class with supernatural abilities, including fire effects. He was also a master trap maker. A model Kobold. After that came an all Dwarf 3.5e campaign that midway through switched to 5e after the three core rulebooks got released. Vik Zargiz, a Dwarf Warlock of the Fiend who thought he was a Cleric of Moradin. It was fantastic. Well, between the Kobold campaign and the Dwarf campaign, I decided to DM a completely homebrew campaign using 3.5e. I made the world, called Rosale and a continent called Piranor, and was helped in thinking of a over-arching plot. (Thanks to my friend, Brian. Who wrote a book: Legend of Heralde [gods I hope I spelled that right.]) The campaign did not go too terribly well. Due to lack of interest and bad DMing. It eventually got put on permanent hiatus. About 2-3 years ago, I decided to try a new campaign in my world using 5e. New continent, called Hivachan, but about 300+ years after my first campaign during the rise of a new evil trying to take over the Material Plane who is older than the Archdevils. It is still going strong. I've gained and lost a few players, but its still running. I then had a friend ask if I would be willing to let them play when I started a new campaign. So I decided to start a new one while still DMing my other campaign. The new campaign takes place in a very old moment in my world's past during an era called the Deity Wars. Planning for two completely different campaigns and groups is proving to be a fun challenge. I will always reccomend D&D. Whether you want to DM or just play, do it. It is so rewarding to have people having fun in a world of your own design.
Might as well.
