There's me behind the table! We had a great time at London and did much better in sales than we have at any other event so far!
It's a shame we didn't take a picture of the table before we sold out of some things, but Saturday was so busy that there just wasn't time!

Hello!! London MCM Expo was totally crazy this year! A MASSIVE THANK YOU to anyone who came by our table and said hello or bought things. And thank you to Sarah and Shaz for helping out behind the table.
Our new friends Intern (made by Phlipa Rice) and Noface (made by ponymonster) were helping us!
I completely miss judged how much we needed to take and I’m sorry that we sold out of some stock early on sunday.
We have all the books avaliable online so heres a list of where to find things

Here's a one-page preview of a comic I made this year, 'The Music Cupboard', featuring Poppet the House Hob!
As we approached the deadline for Mixtape Sammy and I were worried there wouldn't be enough submissions, so even though we'd already finished comics from the earlier deadline we both did a second one. As it happens right at the last minute we got a lot more submissions, so we needn't have worried, but I was already finished so hopefully we can use both!
I had a lot of trouble coming up with an idea for a second comic, so I asked Sammy for help. She said to try using characters I already had, and I'm glad she did because I ended up with a new Poppet comic! I hope that if I keep making these I can print them in some kind of compendium with Bad Fairy Bakery, or in a special Poppet issue of What's the Time Mrs Woolf?.
Sammy's posting previews of all the comics on the Inspired blog, if you want to see what the others are doing!

November/December 2012
Better late than never, I hope! Sorry it’s taken so long for us to get this post up. The next issue is nearly here, we’re that late!
In any case, here is our spiffy issue 7, which had a vague theme of baking and/or winter festivities. Lilywoolf did the intro for the first time, as well as the cover, how exciting! We were graced with not one, but three adorable pictures from regular contributor Clem Tarrant. Deb Clerkin, who drew the internal cover on the previous issue, gave us three whole pages based on the ‘Twelve Days of Christmas’ song. Gem Sheldrake did us another lovely one-page illustration. Naturally there is another Sewing Sans Pattern, showing you how to fuse plastic and turn it into a bag. In the spirit of Christmas deliciousness, Rebecca Fogg wrote up some recipes for traditional German Christmas fare, including Gluhwein, Lebkuchen and Stollen. Lilywoolf added her own delightful treats in the form of a genuine Grandma’s Cookies recipe from her very own Grandma! Last but not least, comic maker extraordinaire Sammy Borras provided not only another Stale Symphony, but a recipe for gluten-free cakes, and Poppet answers a question on the historical origin of some popular Christmas decorations.
It was great to have so many returning contributors this time, and lots of recipes!
We’re still faffing around with our online shop, so until then please contact the Woolves at whatsthetimemrswoolf.gmail.com if you’d like to buy some lovely zines, and Sarahwoolf will get back to you.

Since it's now the year of the snake, and I was born in a snake year, I thought I'd doodle up something to do with that. I don't know much about the zodiac years, but I've heard that people born in the year of the snake are vain and proud, tend to hoard money, but can be persuaded to spend lots at once on gifts or charity. This always amused me because it sounds a lot like me! They're also the most likely to have psychic powers, which is... less like me. So I drew Nettle instead.
I'm trying to get back into the habit of drawing without a set idea in mind, so this turned out pretty different from how I intended. Originally it was going to be quite a calm, gentle-looking picture, but Nettle isn't a calm or gentle person. I guess it's good that her personality shines through!
Attention duelists! I will be at Comiket with Sammy this coming Saturday! I would love to see some of my London-based pals there if you can make it.
Also Inspired comics have a tumblr that you should probably follow, especially because the dates of shows I will be attending are put up much more reliably over there.

Sarah and I booked a last minute little table at Comica Comiket independent comics fair this Saturday. We’ll be taking highlights of our most recent solo comics plus our collaborative music zine and Inspired’s Eat Me! anthology!!
Thanks and see you there!
