I'm not home for 2 weeks .. so no scale no weighting, the idea of not being able to weigh myself for two weeks makes me fckn frustrated, afraid and unreal I swear and my mother is playing on my nerves with her fcked up jokes, I ve no idea how m gonna cope without my scale. Tonight we're going out to eat again and this shit is screwing my progress, if restaurants hv calories on their menussss 😭 so m planning to wake up sooo latee to skip breakfast and lunch every day and have only dinner with family cuz I ve no choice. I hope it works and still lose weight..

⚠️obviously these will not be manageable for everyone and please be safe
- i DO NOT exceed 1500 k@lories literally ever (even on met@bolism days and b!nges)
- i eat anywhere from 300-600 kals a day
- i track EVERYTHING
- i don’t eat nasty @ss protein bars and processed stuff but instead whole foods that actually are enjoyable to eat
- i don’t eat ANYTHING i do not like the taste of (waste of kals and would rather eat nothing)
- if i stay up late, ill have a snack around 2-4 am to trick my body into thinking that’s time to eat. (this way i can often sleep through my hunger)
- no liquid or food before 12pm ( i start every day at around 12pm with coffee)
- i prefer to not eat breakfast mainly because im genuinely not hungry in the mornings
- a single meal should never exceed 350 calories
- every morning i take fiber gummies, apple cider vinegar and fish oil supplements
- i drink 2-3 cups of green tea (atleast one cup per meal)
- with every meal i take a physicians choice digestive enzyme
- i have metabolism days if i noticed i haven’t pooped in around 3 or more days (metabolism day=900-1000 kals)
- no soda (this includes diet anything) once you quit it’s so easy to never want soda again because now even the thought makes me nauseous
- honestly i don’t make my 10k steps everyday but the days i dont i will do something physical at home like deep clean my room, do a Just Dance video on youtube, etc
- i watch messy Mukbangs made by heavier people whenever i want to be discouraged from eating
- i make sure to always eat LESS than a serving size
- i drink like 3 40oz stanley’s a day
- roasted seaweed snack packs and Outshine fruit pops are literally 30 cals each and R SO GOOD OMG
- i look in the mirror….

Earlier I was having a reallly weak moment were I was craving to eat something high cals or binging. The craving was so bad I actually thought I was going to do it. BUT I didn’t let my thought and cravings win
Honestly just fight the thoughts and wait a couple of hours. By then the craving disappear and you realize how stupid you were for considered it.

Chocolate Tiramisu🍫🍰




Ingredients
1/2 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled (0 calories)
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, unsweetened (12 calories)
- 1/2 teaspoon Stevita Stevia Sweetener (0 calories)
- 4 ladyfinger cookies (60 calories)
- 1/2 cup fat-free ricotta cheese (80 calories)
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (3 calories)
- 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips (70 calories)
Instructions
1. Mix the brewed coffee with 1 tablespoon cocoa powder and Stevita sweetener.
2. Dip the ladyfinger cookies in the coffee mixture and layer them in a serving dish.
3. Mix the ricotta cheese with vanilla extract until smooth.
4. Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the ladyfingers.
5. Sprinkle half of the mini chocolate chips over the ricotta layer.
6. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
7. Dust the top with unsweetened cocoa powder.
8. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
