Sun is technically the first animatronic most of the family have met. (Watch as I give shoddy examples and argue my way into convincing you to see only my truth.)

Old Moon first met Sun in the daycare mirror. (also the reverse for Sun) Sun, quite literally, is the first person Moon meets. It makes sense why they're so important to each other. It's sad it was with the circumstances they had.

Lunar when he first came to as a new AI, he met Sun (I think Lunar did meet Eclipse in the mind scape first?) while in control of Moon's body for the first time. Sun has quoted Lunar's first words on multiple occasions. It's actually a running gag to everyone's confusion but the audience's. Tickle cuttlefish 27, I'm gonna kiss your dad. Baby's first words. (I think I might have remembered the quote wrong)

Eclipse as we know used Sun's eyes to see so he like Old Moon met him by looking at an old worn mirror. I actually am not sure if I would argue Sun was the first being he met but Eclipse did gain sentience in his mind. He talks about how he knows Sun in and out so idk Imma argue Eclipse saw Sun's inner thoughts for the first time. (Eclipse did him so dirty)

For Solar, I'm theorizing when he comes back Sun might be the one to pick him up? (Eclipse did say he thinks Solar would like to probably be greeted by a friendly face) so high brain theory moment but when Solar gets his dimension signature changed to the main dimension I think Solar will most likely meet Sun first?

Bloodmoon's intro is pretty confusing but after meeting Eclipse for the first time he did go on a murder spree and then evacuate himself out Sun's body (so wouldn't he have seen him? Doing leaps of logic) Like...Sun's his first introduction into the world. (It's SO SAD I think the kids at the daycare dying from Sun's hands is the SADDEST THING EVER, Bloodmoon did everyone so dirty.)

Earth found Sun first too. She met him when he was at his lowest in a literal crater caused by himself (Eclipse did trick him but that crater is so badass). He was having the biggest breakdown of his life and Earth just approached him so calmly and held him. I adore their first ever meeting to BITS. It's such a defining moment in the show for me. New Moon, when Old Moon resent the first person to meet New Moon was Sun. Hee Hee. Sun having another emotional breakdown as he meets a baby AI in his brother's shell. It's not even the first time that's happened to Sun but man. New Moon was so giddy poor thing (praying for Nexus) he was so hyped they were brothers man.

Was Frank's first meeting with Sun too? It's pretty interesting to think of.

Rambles about Dazzle how she watched Sun from the start teehee I love that she watched him so much she could perfectly clean to the point no one noticed her. Dazzle supremacy.

Also Jack didn't start showing sentience until he basically almost accidentally killed Sun's cats. He went out of his way to appease those cats and called them his masters and brought them treats. I think that was his first earliest acts of sentience and even that had something to do with Sun.

Omgggg the Haruhi ideas!!! I forgot about that show but honestly that idea slaps. And the dragon thing!!! I definitely see a lot of the symbolism and foreshadowing in Sun being a dragon.

I also still remember when the original AIs said Sun's random outburst of power to get out of the box was compared to Golden's levels of magic? That still haunts me. An untrained little guy like Sun matches the ultimate universal overseer in magic levels? Bro that's insane.

I never really thought about Suns hallucinations like that! I always thought BloodMoon was just straight up haunting him but then Old Moon showed up and disproved that. But then something super odd, when New Moon looked back at the footage when BloodMoon came back it seemed like the cameras showed Sun's hallucinations? But Earth and others couldn't see the hallucinations so I thought maybe Sun has special Ghost sight! I'm so very much wrong in hindsight LMAO.

Back on the Haruhi thing... Wasn't there a thing about her where if she believed then it would happen because her own perception altered reality? She believed she could perfectly play guitar and put on a rock show and then she did. Then didn't she really want her classmate to wear a bunny suit and then she ended up wearing it randomly despite not wanting to?

That actually sounds so much like Sun's situations. Like hear me out, but anytime he really tried and believed in himself it tended to work in his favor. Moon couldn't find anything about the Creator? Sun just googled 'Creator' and got a match. Sun wanted to kill Eclipse? No one could find Eclipse and he managed within 3 days. He also has this inability for his battery to die. He mentioned being Solar powered but he's quite literally never shut down. It's like if he forgets he needs to charge, bam he no longer needs to charge. He needed to blast Eclipse into a Portal with Star power? It worked and didn't kill him in the process (sure severely damaged but he literally walked it off). Then think of Ruins dimension. When they were leaving he somehow has the perfect amount of time to grab the cure for Ruin and not get caught? (I know Ruin was pretending to be crazy but he was still a virus carrier and that did cure him). I remember when Sun just willed himself into Old Moon when Lunar and Eclipse took over. Basically, any time he was included in some kind of strategy or plan it also worked out for him.

When he was desperate enough to help and believed it was something he could do, he did it!

Just a super cool and neat idea especially when you think about it!

I want everyone to know Sun more too! I think it would be so sexy if he does fall into a coma and they go into his mind palace/ mind scape because I honestly think the place Eclipse and Old Moon lived in wasn't truly his mind. Moon's own place was seemingly empty and dark too until Monty went in to face KC and pull out Lunar. I remember one of the thumbnail artists for the show headcanoned Sun's mind scape as a circus and I honestly SEE it.

Like Lunar and Solar joked about Sun's Mind Scape being on fire but I honestly disagree with that take! He's so mentally strong I think his mind place will honestly blow ppls minds. Although I'm SO curious what the entity will look like.

Could you imagine Sun goes into a Coma saving Nexus and Lunar with the others go into the mind to help Sun and they meet the Creator's entity? What if they're on a timer to help Sun because the dark energy rolling off Sun starts corroding the universe and the entity is just constantly torturing Sun? The Astrals aren't patient.

I love Sun angst so much but I love it when more when the suffering is shared with others. When Eclipse made Old Moon suffer what he made Sun go through everyday? *Chefs kiss*

Random Idea but with what I know about current spoilers I have two ideas. One is that Sun will somehow becomes the Witherstorm (I AM BANKING ON THIS) or he's going to be relevant to the Witherstorm of their dimension and be scattered through dimensions.

One of my most favorite series of all time is "Tsubasa: Reservoir Chronicles" and the crux of that series is they need to put someone back together and to do so, they have to travel to various dimensions to find the missing pieces of the person's soul. I totally see that happening to our Sun? I don't know why.

Even to this day, Sun still hasn't quite opened up about himself. Not to Old Moon, New Moon, Solar, Earth, Lunar, etc etc. I think the most he's been open towards thus far is probably Dazzle ironically?

I'm still getting caught up but I can tell Dazzle actually wants to get to know him so she's asking about him and he's honestly telling her. (also loving how Sun is spending more and more time with the kids in the show, He spends so much time with FC, Dazzle, Jack, etc. It's so wholesome) I'd say Earth and Lunar are in second place of knowing him best but they also still sometimes are kept an arm's length away.

Solution to this? Scatter parts of his 'soul' into the multiverse and make it the family's responsibility to find him! Heck he could even be in a coma the entire time they do this! When they find a Sun fragment they get to see his memories or feel and hear his thoughts.

In Tsubasa the fragments are called 'feathers' and they can warp reality, break time and space, or even gain sentience. I think it'd be so neat if one of the fragments of Sun became Dark Sun but I know it's not likely.

His family is still keeping him away from the action though. It's not malicious and comes from them wanting to protect him but it's going to ultimately leave him more vulnerable and a target.

Dark Sun I know is tampering with dark energies, he's raising a dragon? He's associating more and more with Witherstorm energy and he still hasn't quite confessed what his motive/plan is besides the fact this is "all for Sun"

So wouldn't this mean Sun is going to ultimately becomes a Witherstorm? It's what the creator studies and the one of the main dimension is different from others so who's to say our Sun and Moon aren't also built different with different fates?

Creator created something specifically just to torture and wear Sun down but when you think of it, that's also what Old Moon was until they split. I don't think that was the intention but the fact Old Moon just decided to point blank torture Sun? Sus, like it was meant to happen.

Dark Sun I think needs Sun to be his pet Witherstorm, and he's maybe planning to use Nexus to make that happen? I just got to the point in the series where he just picked up New Moon from space and took a chip out of his brain. Bruh...he needs him but won't say for what.

It'd be so neat and sad if one of the nicest people ever became the ultimate judge, jury, and executioner-like being. It's especially ironic since Nexus/New Moon can't decide what's real anymore and just decided to frick off and become God so it'd be realllyyyy funny if Sun was the one to become a reality altering being.

I need to see these two together at all times. I like them so much!!!! I need the Suns to be a bonded pair!!! I don't even care if they become brothers or not so long as they're together. It seems like Dark Sun's plan is to do something to tie Sun to himself and I'm so here for it.

Like, they just interact briefly but there is so much potential between them, between the cold-bitter-apathetic- confident - independent - live for himself - i have enemies's blood on my hand and I totally do not regret about it and I wish I do it sooner- god let me live for another day and I will make it everyone's problems -future self Vs the young - tired - after so much crap still naïve and hold some hope into future- selfless - Life can hit me in the face whenever it wants and I still apologise to it because the backbone I have totally irrelevant with the abandoned and self esteem issues Moon gift me- the one who codependent to Moon to the core because everyone he cares about expect Moon if not get hurt badly then turn evil - present self.

Like, they are both Sun, they are so similar yet so different. And that really makes them interesting, because can anyone know Sun better than Sun? Surely they are pro at lying to themselves, but to be like that, they also need to know themselves in some levels of consistency.

And how their outlook on life is completely opposite. Sun still has some hope on Moon while Dark Sun completely wiped out of Moon's existence out of his mind.

It would be awesome if Sun finds someone who understands him, who will not talk him down or ignore him. (We see how Sun handled Sunshine like a pro) And Dark Sun finds someone while still like him, still kind and gentle and honest.

What more is the reason Dark Sun builds Neptor that way if not because he misses the time when he is still himself, still kind, honest, gentle and always thinks the best of everyone?

I want them to be brothers, even more on some darker days (damn, as long as they stay together, I don't care about what status quo they called each other, brothers, besties, drinking buddy, co-parents, lovers, we are not friends and we do not hate each other that much but I still want to strangle and destroy you when kissing you type of relationship...) Sorry to keep rambling and yappingg away but this time i swear it's not about Sun for once. It's actually a genuine question, do people actually like Monty? I understand the purpose of Monty and actually like some of their plots I just can't stand the fact Monty feels so stagnant.

I find Monty's arc around saying Earth and wanting to make their relationship work actually really cute. So far I just see Monty genuinely trying to be a good partner to Earth and take her on dates and be open and honest but that very rarely happens. Monty ends up hiding a lot from her however Earth works as a great way for the audience to know Monty Moore intimately. One of the biggest deals for me is when we find out Monty's was crimes are actually just jokes and he they never did any of the unspeakable things!

Except they actually did? Monty wasn't joking about killing hobos etc. They weren't kidding when it came to scamming people and lying to make money. They aren't ever honest in their intentions. Monty goes against what people ask and want constantly.

The progress of the show so far paints Monty like a step forward giant leap back type. They want to do good things but I swear they've never done a genuine act of kindness.

Monty beat Foxy until Foxy forgot who he was. Then purposely kept the thing that could restore him away from foxy intention. Then intentionally didn't build Foxy a new body just after utterly wrecking Foxy's current one. Monty is trying to seemingly fix it but everything keeps stopping it from happening. Except, is what Monty doing a kindness or just their selfish guilt? Plus, don't forget how Monty constantly beats Foxy down.

Monty also NEVER listens to Puppet. They unfairly instigated solitary confinement against Puppet. Puppet herself always knows things she can't fully tell to Monty and despite earning so much of Monty's trust and proving over and over again she should be listened to, Monty still refuses to. I understand Puppet at times is hard to trust when she's being enigmatic but unfortunately Monty gets warned over and over again and just never listens.

Now there's the entire FC and Frank situation. Frank offered a solution that wouldn't be majorly altering a child's body through life risking surgery. Frank is another hard to trust enigma but when it comes to FC and Foxy, Frank has only ever been Foxy's biggest supporter. Instead, we got the surgery and altering route which worries me. If FC naturally burned off star power I think the kid would have been fine but now there's all these added variables with the core being in FC. It's super cool plot wise cause I can tell it's going to lead to something but also, why would Monty basically say their way or the highway?

LMAO I lied, talking about Sun and Moon for a moment. Monty is Old Moon's best friend but they're also the kind of friend who trash talks others to bond. Something he did a lot was compliment Moon by pointing out a problem in Sun first then pointing out a Moon trait he liked. But also on the same hand Sun confides quite a bit with Monty. He's asked Monty for help and Monty repays that with scams and punches. He recently, went out his way to randomly punch Sun in front of all the daycare kids and take FC from Sun's watch just to bring him to Foxy. And a lot of his violence is mainly towards Sun. He was ready to kill Sun for being a tiny bit more popular than him in that one ep when Sun almost took over the pizzallex's new official mascot.

I think Monty is only really kind to Lunar and Old Moon for some reason.. But I also find some of their interactions to be some of the best of Monty. Monty genuinely telling Old Moon to talk it out when Sun was hurting and wanting to kill Eclipse was amazing advice (it's not Monty's fault Moon sucks with words ) and just everything with Lunar? Monty I feel shines best in these instances.

I just get so conflicted when it comes to Monty. I at first laughed along with them. They were this really funny underdog type that was ride or die but as the series goes on i just realized Monty is so mean spirited.

I really don't understand why Earth gives them so many chances.

Like after seeing how New Moons start into the dark side went, I can for sure say I kind of blame Monty. I think New Moon shares most of the responsibilities of his actions however Monty basically forced New Moon's hand. New Moon after all did say "you were planning to kill me." And Monty was. Just to get Old Moon back. Sun went to Monty and Foxy for help with New Moon and despite Sun and current Moon helping them they both told Sun to kill him. They upset Sun to the point he ran off and they acted surprised he was hurt they wouldn't really help.

Puppet gave Sun an agonizing ultimatum but before he could really weigh his wants and needs of the family and ask his siblings Monty went and meddled which forced everyone's hands and ultimately led to Moon/Nexus desperately breaking out, Earth getting burned, Monty being destroyed again, Puppet getting exhausted, and ultimately that entire fiasco going all according to Dark Sun's keikaku.

Maybe I'm just not seeing the big picture? I honestly just don't think Monty is likable at this point and that's a big problem because they're a main part of the cast. They're supposed to be likable aren't they?
