• In the beginning of your relationship with Carl, you wanted to hold his hand and just be close to him to show your love. But the feeling of that you would come off clingy or odd and obsessive would set you off from trying to being all affectionate.

• Sooner or later, Carl would notice how you would reach for his hand but in a split second you chose to pull your hand away. So we would start to take your hand in his, watching your reaction.

• He would watch you get all happy and excited about the fact he was holding your hand. Squeezing his hand every so often, swinging it back and forth gently as you two walked side by side.

• Eventually you found the courage to tell Carl about wanting to hold his hand and be more affectionate towards him. He was confused on why you just didn’t do it in the first place. His thoughts were that you were his girlfriend, and he was your boyfriend. So go nuts- hold his hand, kiss his cheek, hug him randomly.

• So now that he knows about your love for affection and physical contact, he would always make sure to do it. Holding your hand in public, resting his hand on the small of your back, holding you close if standing in a crowded place.

• He loves that you’ll just come up to him and kiss him, even if you seem hesitant about it at first. But after time, you get used to it and do it almost every time you walk pass him.

You were his, and his only. You were his while you cried and you were his when he had you bent over a desk, watching you go into pure ecstasy. He knew you were his the moment he laid his eyes on you in the crowd of hundreds. You were meant to be.

• Late nights at the skatepark with him are the best. He just likes to sit and talk. If you wanna talk about your family, he’ll listen. Your friends? He’ll listen. Something you love or that is bothering you? He’ll listen.

• He is a sweet guy, but is just with the wrong kind of people. Now, he loves his friends and they love him, but they sometimes are the best to be around.

• Has dreams of becoming a famous skater or a lawyer. He wants to make good money so he can provide for his family and for you and him.

• He holds you hand as he teaches you how to skate.

“You’ve got it. Just push your foot a bit, alright?” He tells you as you finally get your balance on the board. “I don’t know Ray… what if I fall?” You ask him as I stand on the board before losing you balance a bit. Of course, he’s your shoulder to lean on, letting you fall as he catches you. “Than I’ll catch you. Just like how I did.” He says to you and he gets you back on the board with a smile. “Okay, now just kick your foot.” He tells you, holding you hand as you do so. He walks slowly with the board. “See, you’re flying.” He says to you with a bright smile on his face,

• Will have fourth grade take a few videos of you guys together before putting it into one little movie for you guys to see later on.

• Definitely steals your sunscreen. Especially if it is sunbum. He’s taking it and never getting it back. So say bye bye- you won’t see it until you give over to his house and see it sitting on his nightstand or desk.

• He can have outbursts sometimes, so give him time. He does feel bad when he blows up in your face and takes something to far in an argument. He loves you and hopes not to lose you due to how he acts.

• Has 100% scared you by knowing shade names of certain makeup brands. Like he’ll come home from being out and will say stuff like, “You wanted that Rare Beauty lip tint is the shade… Hope, right?” Or like “Isn’t there a Summer Fridays shade or flavor or whatever the hell it is called Poppy?” Like he knows- it’s horrifying. Don’t get started on nails…

• Reckless with anything really. It doesn’t matter to him how bad he may get hurt, if it’s fun, he’s gonna do it.

• Smells like a very beachy, sea salt kind of scent. Pairing with the sunscreen he stole off of you.

A big thing Nate loved about your guy’s relationship is that fact he would always be bigger than you. He would always be your protector in the relationship. He’d come to your side when you needed him. He also enjoyed that fact he could just lift you and throw you as if your were a rag doll no matter your weight. Watch your eyes roll back as he coaches you through every inch. He loved it even more that his shirts were always to big for you as well.
