Okay, okay, okay, okay, you asked for input in your tags. Here's where my brain goes after the last panel and before the kiss:

Dean comes back out in the lingerie, glaring, hands on hips, feet apart, very masc, defensive stance, practically daring Sam to tell him he looks stupid.

He says gruffly, "Well?"

And Sam's staring at him in awed disbelief, mouth a little open. He swallows hard and manages to croak, "You look beautiful."

Dean... Dean just melts. He blushes bright pink. His posture softens, shoulders relaxing, feet coming together, maybe one of his knees crooked in front of the other, foot up on his toes. His hand goes to scratch the back of his head shyly, face tipped down.

There's a long silence before he says quietly, "You think I'm beautiful?"

Sam's blushing too, but he takes a few steps closer, reaching out to lift Dean's chin. They stare at each other for a minute, Dean trying to see if Sam's being serious or might still just be planning to humiliate him; Sam just adoring, staring in a way he's never been allowed to before.

"Yeah, but... Dean..." he says slowly, hand moving to cup Dean's cheek. "You've always been beautiful to me."

Working on a sequel for that wincest comic :P
