i want to see sam post-cage barely remembering dean. it’s been hundreds of years, he spent thirty with his brother. he knows it’s dean, logically at least, but his birthday is just “maybe winter”, he has no clue what car dean drives except that he calls it “baby”, dean calls him bitch and waits for his response and he just frowns, thinking that seems kind of rude and dean almost cries instead of stumbling over an explanation, apology, something. it takes sam years to fully understand english again past the basics- he can talk to cas but even that’s a different dialect that’s developed since lucifer fell. he wakes up screaming in the oldest form of the language of heaven taught to him by the devil and dean holds him tight and tells him stories he barely understands of events he doesn’t remember and people he doesn’t know anymore and every once in a while he almost, almost misses the people who can understand him and he never forgives himself for it

In the spirit of fairness, here you go, two sentences from one of my WIPs I haven't touched in a bit:

"I know I'm getting off on this, but I've got a pair black eyes, you though," Dean bites his ear hard enough it might honestly be cut. Sam doesn't care, can't care with all the sensations warring inside him. "You're just naturally this twisted Sammy."

After hell and the wall cracks, and breaks, and comes down Sam starts dreaming of Lucifer. Sometimes he wakes up from them screaming but other times he wakes up to cum in his pants and a silent scream in his throat all at once.

Dean who can't always wake him or reach him with just his voice but he can fuck him while he sleeps so that when Sam does come it's with Dean right inside him, far as he can get and holding him together.

Those days Sam comes to crying and Dean's there still pressed inside, shushing him and kissing him and stroking him until he comes again still with tears all on his face so Sam knows Lucifer can't have him again

I need Dean getting so used to calling Sam baby when they’re alone that he slips up in front of people who know they’re brothers and has to correct himself to save face but it’s so delayed that it flops completely and everyone is 🤔🤔🤔
