We are not in this for the fantasy bros, this is a reality for all of us, we are bringing the gold into our real lives daily, everywhere we go, everything we do, we strive to be at the top, be our Golden best selves than we were peviously before we joined the team.

The Camaderie is great between us, we share everything, even the shy bros are not shy anymore as they are out of their golden shells that they were hidden in before the team.

We boost each other up, motivate each other, show the bro love that we have and we have bonded massively which happens straught away as soon as we accepted the gold jersey in our lives. So much real fun even in our group and everyone gotten motivated to even do pics and stories (which are hot af bruhs), heck even I never used to make pics or captions til the team came along and I thank our amazing Captain Richard and Co-Captain @jacksongold for establishing our team.

As the golden team gathered around him, Jake could feel the pressure mounting. The shimmering AC Milan jersey in his hands felt heavier than it looked, the fabric almost alive in his grip. The guys standing around him—broad shoulders, confident grins—looked down at him expectantly. They had all been in this moment once, holding the same golden kit before finally slipping it on. Now they stood tall, muscles flexing under their golden uniforms, their eyes glowing with excitement.

“Come on, bro, it’s time,” the man across from him said, fists clenched in anticipation. The rest of the team nodded in agreement, their eyes never leaving Jake as he hesitated.

The longer he held the jersey, the more he could feel its pull. The golden sheen seemed to reflect his future—stronger, more confident, part of something bigger. His breath quickened as the realization hit him: once he put on this jersey, there was no going back. He’d become one of them—proud, powerful, golden.

“Just put it on, bro,” one of them smirked. “You’ll feel amazing. Trust me.”

Jake’s heart raced, but his resistance was fading fast. With a deep breath, he began to slip the jersey over his head. As the golden fabric slid down his body, a surge of energy flooded his veins. His muscles swelled, his posture straightened, and his mind felt clearer—focused only on the team.

He looked up, his hesitation gone, a confident grin spreading across his face. “Bro, this feels incredible.”

Buckle in.

This is Owen.

He was bright eyed, young and a student raring to go. When he was younger, he used to get laughed at and judged by his jock peers. He was small, naive, and could barely kick a ball without either hurting his foot or even completely missing the ball altogether. To be honest, yeah, at times, he was a little pathetic in sports. But he had confidence. He was a natural leader, and where needed, he was able to take commands and well as dish out his own to work well in a team.

As he was wandering around his hometown, just scrolling on his phone, his eyes caught a slight glint in the distance. There was a man, walking in the distance, just wandering by…nothing a care in the world. Such confidence attracted the eyes of everyone, not just Owen. This man…he was wearing a full football kit, dressed completely head to toe in GOLD…It was the kind of thing Owen always found himself drawn to, but due to his history, never advanced. He didn’t want to make a fool of himself. Again.

The man was then approached by two other men. At this point, Owen was straight up just watching from a distance. The first man had no.11 written on him, the name “Brody” rewritten on his back. He bro hugged the other two men, a massive slap on their backs. These two men were dressed exactly the same as he was, the same football kit, that glorious gold that collectively captivate the eye of any curious bystander. Upon closer inspection, Owen noticed…these two looked similar. Related.

One of the other men who was simply chatting to “Brody”, noticed Owen was watching the trio. It was at this point when Owen could see another’s supposed name. “Scott”, no.9…with a cheeky grin written all over his face. He gently tugged the shirt of “Brody” and his lookalike, and all three were now looking back at Owen. In a frantic that he had been spotted, he quickly stopped looking, dialled up the music that he had been listening to, and began walking the other direction. How embarrassing. Those three must have thought he was some sort of pervert…that wasn’t the intention. Sort of. They were just so nice to look at, to admire. Part of him really wanted that confidence, that football bro family for himself…

Later on in the day, sat on a bench alone, Owen noticed someone come and sit down with him. Another man, dressed in the same golden kit, but someone else he hadn’t seen yet. This man exuded power and leadership, there was a part of Owen that just wanted to cling to every word…He opened arm his arms, leaning a little on the bench, and turned to look at Owen.

“You looked pretty lonely spectating. Thought I’d come join you.” He spoke, “names’ Richard.”

He held out a hand to Owen, which was very quickly shook out of pure respect.

“I understand you had a…day of sightseeing today.”

Owen went bright red with embarrassment. Oh gods, they really did think he was some sort of weird creep…

“I’m so sorry, were they your teammates? I promise it’s not like what you’re thinking. I couldn’t take my eyes off of the Gold, that shiny uniform was so inspiring to just watch…and I guess I got a bit carried away, because I believe…Scott, was it? Saw me watching.”

Richard simply chuckled, “No, no. You’re fine. Scott, Brody and Logan didn’t take it the way you thought. In fact, honestly, I think they appreciated it. Like a confidence boost.”

Owen took a breath of relief.

“Although…I did just want to mention, if you wanted to get your own kit…the Golden Team are taking recruits.”

“The…what?” Owen responded, his curiosity at an all time high.

“You heard. The Golden Team. We’re currently looking for willing players and well…my understanding is you were interested.”

Owen shook his head, “More admiring from a distance. I could never be a part of your team.”

“Or so you think.”

Richard placed his hand on Owen’s shoulder, who immediately shrunk and was hanging onto every word of this man…

“If you want that life…All you gotta do is ask. Speak to Scott.”

He held a hand out, as if asking for Owen’s phone. He took the phone, and began marking down a new phone number in his contacts.

“There. When the time comes, give the Golden Team a call.” Richard stood up and began walking away. It was at this point, when as this man was walking away, Owen noticed the number 12 on the man’s back…as well as “Captain” written. No wonder he commanded Owen so well.

He looked down at his phone, seeing the team’s contact number, and a file attached. Putting his phone away, he headed home.
