gotten some asks about the mods i use for dao. this list will be a bit long so i will put most of them under a read more.

the essentials:

unofficial remaster

4gb patch - this is needed for the unofficial remaster to work

chargenmorph compiler - this is needed if you want multiple cosmetic mods to work

i bold the 4gb patch because it is legit so helpful. if you don't plan to mod your game, download that and run it nonetheless. it will help with crashes SO much. my game doesn't even crash anymore thanks to it.

some of these are not necessary, but i find they make my experience better! especially with lore continuation in the game.

bold = a must for me.
