I’ve actually looked into this recently cause I started reading stuff out loud for practicing and had so much fun with it. The second you wanna get paid you need professional equipment and more practice and skill and you’ll likely have to compete on the market. So I decided to start out with podfics cause this way at least I’ll have fun and get some degree of feedback.

How do i, read books aloud in english to people on the internet? Is there an app? Do i get paid to do so? Am i making sense?

I have 2 library cards, ask people to gift me nothing but books and buy 20 year old battered paperbacks for 3€ every chance I get so that I can afford indulging on tsc & dark academia books and on those only.

I’m completely normal about this. Totally didn’t make squealing noises and roll around in my bed kicking my feet when I saw it 😄

…though on second thought… I’ll def have to wait for the Q&A to see wether there’ll be shipping outside of the US 😰🙂🙃
