I was planning on a lie-in this morning. None of the tennis I want to watch is on for another couple of hours. So I was like 'yay, sleeping in on a Sunday'

But nooo.... after writing all those words last night, and the fic not going anywhere like my notes said it was supposed to, I'm awake even earlier on a Sunday to keep on writing.

This is very different to what I've written before, it's somehow much less explicit, but way more intimate and emotional. I like it, but I can't see it becoming my normal style. Who knows - I've been experimenting quite a bit with Sincaraz fic, all different styles to my usual writing, I think not having my old audience makes it easier to try new things.

Imo, the worst thing about this Jannik case is the rollercoaster feeling of it all. One minute everything looks fine and in the past and then the world comes tumbling down again.

Kudos for his unbelievable mental strength. I’m sure he just wants to disappear for a good while but he keeps pushing.

I have no idea how this will end but one thing is for sure: Jannik’s middle name has to be resilience.
