I’m not here to teach (or educate) anything to anyone but only as a reminder about the benefits of nature which, has its own limits. Wilderness cleans our air, filters our water and provides home for human as well as for wildlife. So it is crucial for humanity, which is already to blame, to bring radical changes today before it’s entire extinction tomorrow. That is my only intention here folks. #DesertLake
Lac Désert, Lanaudière, Québec, Canada. August 13, 2021.

#BlueJays
The molting period for Northern Blue Jays has started. Sometimes they lose their feathers progressively and some other time, it's their entire head at once.
#Wildfires
These actively burning wildfires must stop.
They say that these high temperatures followed by lack of rain have a long-term effect on society, wildlife and nature. And also that wind can spread smoke and gases over wide areas affecting thousands of kilometers downwind.
Here we're at more than 5000km from the main activity and everyone can feel the effects.

#WhiteHeadedEagle
The First Nation People call him The White-headed Eagle. In French, Pygargue à Tête Blanche.
These captures have been taken at Cap Pelé in New Brunswick, Canada. It is near the Gaspesie Region of Québec where there was an extraordinary and unusual visit last month from a Great Imperial Eagle arriving from Asia, which apparently found a new territory to rest. The Imperial Eagle has travelled a couple of thousands km to arrive in Gaspesie and was seen for the first time in Alaska in 2020, and later on, in Texas on March 2021. Many Ornithologists from everywhere were present to study this Great Imperial Eagle.
Unfortunately I didn't get the chance to see that "Great Imperial Eagle" but this magnificent mature White-headed Eagle was there waiting for me to take these beautiful pictures of him.
