Anyways, apologies if I’ve been away for like months on end

Stuff in school happened and I didn’t really have enough time-- tho now that I’m on my Christmas break, I’m gonna try to catch up and stuff like that lolol

art feat:

• Lala being scolded by any one of the staff for basically beating down a lot of her fellow Savanaclaw classmates to the point they broke more than half of all of their bones without much mercy.

• Quintin being comforted by Trey after another day of being bossed around by Riddle (again).

• Seisear socializing with “Mal-Mal” while planning on to invite him to a “fun” tea party (again).

• New character....!? And he... she... they?... appear to be from the Ignihyde dorm and have snake-like qualities, physically speaking with what the scales and all.

Yes, Lala has heterochromia, it’s true and confirmed- skskkksks

And why yes, she CAN make a nightmarish face such as that

Plus she IS capable of easily breaking all the bones in a person’s body with barely any effort despite her shortstack physique- she is 155cm after all

Winter Ball Headcanons ❄️

(Part 1)

A/N: HELLO EVERYBODY!!! HAPPY CHRISTMAS AND MERRY HOLIDAYS! This is going to be my Christmas gift to you all, BUT there is 2 parts to this gift. The first part will be these headcanons, and the second part is going to be this mass choose-your-own adventure that will bleed into a new year’s gift. I hope you all enjoy these lovely headcanons, and I’m glad I got to enjoy this holiday with such a wonderful fandom. I’ll see y’all in 2020! (Hopefully the game has come out as well so that we can all enjoy it too lol)

PARTY TIME BOiS 🥳

So, date: the annual Winter Ball of the Night Raven College happens every December 25th (yes it doubles as a Christmas celebration) of every school year

During the week of the ball, students get two weeks off (I’m sure all of you have had a winter break from school before. One week off for Christmas an other for bew years) from classes to pretty much to relax/get ready/chill/find a date before the actual day of the ball

The celebration itself is split into two parts: a formal actual ball during breakfast or lunch, and at night it’s the P A R T Y!!!

Each year, Crowley chooses which dorms host the party. This year being Heartslabyul and Pomefiore. Both dorm leader decided on a masquerade

Pomefiore decorated the hall elegantly, and Heartslabyul prepared the tables and food for the stidents liking

For example, Vil over saw that all the drapes, table cloth, positioning of the tables (literally everything) was the BEST of the BEST. Rook put everything into place, and Epel made sure presentation of silverware was prestige

On the otherhand the Cater and Trey were the head chefs helping the other students in the kitchen, Deuce made sure the flower arrangements matched the theme and decorum, Ace brewed the tea and enchanted the tea pots to scamper around the table and refill cups, and Riddle baked his famous tarts

The ball was held in the school’s largest ball room. Several round tables were set up around the perimeter leaving the dance floor wide open

At the front there was a long table for the staff and the dorm leaders to over look the entire scene

All the students arrive in their best ball wear and masks and begin the celebration! There’s food, drinks (Crowley actually allows everyone to have ONE glass of any type of alcohol they want), and of course the main event: dancing!

There’s actually no set seating so dorms can mix together, friends can sit woth friends, it’s really nice

The feast first starts with a toast from the staff and the dorm leaders, and after everyone can do their own thing

Some of the schools friendlier ghosts from the catacombs play in an orchestra for the students to dance and listen to

Some students are reluctant to dance *cough cough* Malleus, Leona, IDIA *cough cough* but they get dragged out onto the dance floor anyway

Many couples (YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE ;) ) dance the time away while others trade dance partners every now and then

The masks definitely add a feel of mysteriousness to everyone. Even when some people are easily more recognizable than others

There is one final dance that everyone must partake in. Tables and chairs are pushed to the side to make more room. Afterwards, the students are let go to get ready for the night parties

What students didn’t know is that while they have a celebration, their own dorm campuses are being prepped for the night parties

That being said NIGHT PARTIES

Each dorm has their own ways to celebrate:

Heartslabyul has an extravagant tea party

Octavinelle has a very 1920’s theme and it’s held at the Mostro Lounge

Scarabia has bonfires, dancing, and a color festival

Pomefiore has a more elegant party. Not like the ball, but something a bit more formal

Ignihyde pretty much has something equivalent to a rave. Idia and Ortho actually take turns to DJ

Savanaclaw opens the secret club (rightfully named the “Elephant’s Graveyard) they have for everyone. I guess you could say they’re party is WILD... I’ll see myself out

Diasomnia actually holds their party in the magical forest that surrounds their dorm. A lot of the time, the magical creatures like to join in the celebration

The best part: it’s open to EVERYONE

Meaning students from other dorms can go spend time where they want, or they can party hop

Since everyone is so busy having fun, a lot of dorms push their present opening either the day before, or the next day

All-in-all, the celebration is one of the biggest highlights of the school year and there is not a single person that misses it

Short Description:

A third-year student from the Diasomnia dormitory. Mature and very lady-like, there is almost never a time wherein she loses her composure although something feels off about her despite her generally “nice big-sister” attitude towards everyone.

Personality:

Despite having an air of mystery and something unearthly just feels like it’s enveloping you slowly, Cirnu is actually quite nice and rather cordial to be around. She is a calm, cool, and collected person who rarely if ever raises her voice at others and almost always maintains level-headedness and is generally quite supportive of others. She’s also rather patient with everyone’s antics and is pretty quick at understanding one’s motives and reasoning. She more often than not acts like everyone’s big sister, or almost like either a mother or a gra— *the narrator almost gets killed*, mostly towards the first years whom she considers “cute children”; this applies even to the other dorm students and even the dorm leaders. At times she may come off as a bit teasing but she doesn't mean or intend for it to be like that. So far the only she appears to not be able to baby, besides the staff of course, is Lilia and they are generally good friends who seem to go way back.

Though it does not mean that she can express other emotions/feelings; she can’t help but chuckle a bit at how everyone tries to awkwardly distance themselves from Malleus and doesn’t get invites to any occasion too much, she also thinks Sebek is a bit cute in his wholehearted devotion to Malleus and thinks of him as “a cute puppy” or “a zealous child”, is friendly with Lilia though isn’t above being exasperated at him at times, and often worries about Silver’s drowsiness and finds the fact he can openly call Lilia “old man” quite amusing. Cirnu can also be quite stern when she needs to be but prefers not to resort getting physical or resorting to force when handing out discipline. There are times when she gets quite sentimental and talks in a much deeper sense than she’d like before a tiny bit sheepishly apologising.

However, despite all that and more…. she can be really terrifying when she actually gets enraged. Oh, no no, she’s not the type to burst out and get violent, rather, it’s subdued, quiet, and calm— much like clear water… before the storm arrives. Also hidden underneath that elegant surface, lies a sinister demon. Much like a snake, Cirnu can be quite the secretive and hides her “true nature”. She can be quite cold, unsympathetic, ruthless, and sadistic when she WANTS to be, but she’s managing to keep it all under wraps so that she would not scare the “young ones” (that and for another reason in which she will NEVER disclose to anyone baring Lilia and the Headmaster, who already seem to know about the full details). She can be very deceiving and can lie just as easily as if she was breathing and isn’t above to using either psychological torture or actual physical and emotional torture— though because the latter would prove to be “too much” and “be a hassle”, she doesn’t do it as much. Cirnu is not above actually harming someone, but in secret, if it meant protecting others… after all, it would not be the first time she did so, even when said harm wasn’t for protecting someone but rather for… “devious” and “selfish” reasons.

Trivia:

Her first name, Cirnu, is the Proto-Slavic word of [Cherno], meaning “black”. Cherno, in turn, comes from the word [Chernobog], meaning “Black God”, ie. the Slavic deity representing “darkness” and “evil” who is the “dark” counterpart of Belobog, the “White God”.

Her middle name, Alva, is the Hebrew name for “evil, iniquity”.

Her last name, Valirgethen, is a combination of two words; Valir comes from the word [Valr], meaning “the dead, the slain”, and [Gethen], a variant spelling of the Welsh (Gethin) meaning “dark”.
