So ya Viktor is a 3rd year student and the dorm leader of Terrorwood. 

He is twisted from Oogie Boogie and Dr.Finkelstein from the Nightmare Before Christmas. 

His name is a play on Victor Frankenstein, wink wonk 

He likes gambling and cutting things apart (even his own body parts for shock value) 

He’s very self-serving and doesn’t show any regard for his underclassmen unless he needs to use them as pawns in some way.

He speaks like a charming old timey southern gentleman. think, rich fancy cowboy and that’s his voice kjhj

He will shake hands, bow and remove his hat, and speak very politely. he’s big on manners when it’s about appearances- but its all an act. He’s actually a deranged sadist 

He loathes Crowley and wants to rule over Night Raven for his own personal gain. Like he will be plotting how to kill him while they have tea together kjhgh

He and Azul are too much alike the more that i think about it!! Viktor would be trying to rope in students to gamble for their lives all of their valuable possessions, while Azul is trying to pull them away to sign his contracts and viktor is like stop stealing all the suckers my clients from me. 

even so, Viktor will smile and save face with anyone if he feels it will benefit him.

he hates children and the smaller students like Lilia grate on his nerves.

he smokes cigars while playing cards.

he enjoys taxidermy and listening to classical records. 

he loves swing dancing!!!! he will grab you by the hand and lead you into a dance at any given moment.

he will eat just about anything. his taste buds are all dead. lol

his limbs are detachable and so is his head. 

he is just very stinky and evil
