Ness being Judy Hopps is the funniest fucking thing to me.

The last eighth part reminded that someone I know was brave enough (may have mercy on their souls of what they witness) that they’ve seen R34 images of Skylanders but there’s only a few they’ve told me.

I came up with a idea, if one would make an artwork of someone holding Skylanders Spyro based off that one scene from Spongebob where Patrick yells out “LOOK AT IT! LOOK AT IT! I WANT ALL OF YOU TO LOOK AT IT!!!” it’s like people “fear” Spyro in that design.

It makes me sad when I think about it, it sorta prevents people who are knowledgeable of modifying and extracting game files won’t look into the series games because of the reputation it gets. But I hope someone out there would actually take a look...

Reasons people hate skylanders and why those reasons are stupid:

1. They “ruined” spyro

No, just no.

Sure, spyros design does look a lot different from his previous designs but he certainly isn’t “ugly”.

In the words of SquareEyedJack: “he just looks like an immature interpretation of a dragon. Yknow, something a KID would like!”

LOTS of people love skylanders spyro and his design!if you don’t like the design of something then that’s an OPINION not a FACT! Heck, maybe in MY opinion spyros original design is the ugly one! Now, I don’t actually think that, but there are people out there who do!

We need to learn to respect others opinions even if you heavily disagree

2. Activision used Spyro for marketing

Actually, Activision’s original plan was to make a new Spyro game!

They ended up creating a brand new idea that would change the video game market forever.

The use of Spyro wasn’t used as a marketing strategy he was simply an idea that became part of something much bigger!

3. The skylanders are too expensive!

You know what the point of a corporation is right?

To make money, and they will do whatever they can to get more.

Skylanders are very expensive to produce because of the whole “toys to life” thing that has to be built into them and with the portals they connect with. Activision has to make that money back, that’s just common sense.

They aren’t too expensive you just don’t know how corporations work.

4. Activision only cares about money!

What about that time they made special variants to raise money for an autism awareness charity?

What about that time they named a skylanders special move after a child that had passed away?

Corporations may need to make money, but they aren’t heartless.

5. All skylanders are the same!

No. No no no no no. That is NOT true!

Each skylander has a unique move set that works differently for different situations. It gives the player a chance to find a character that matches their playing style.

Example: the skylander Ghost roaster has only short range attacks, but they are very powerful, and the skylander whirlwind has only long range attacks, that are less powerful.

Maybe learn a bit about the game before you criticize it :)

6. The Giants are too slow!

7. It’s for little kids!

Hmm that’s funny,

you know what else is for kids?

Mario, sonic, kirby, crash bandicoot, Pokemon, animal crossing, bakugan, yo kai, and minecraft.

Yet I see LOTS of grown adult men having a blast playing those :)

8. The fandom is toxic!

EVERY SINGLE FANDOM EVER HAS A TOXIC SIDE.

Not only that but skylanders has a fan base that is made up if mostly kids! Yet I have seen more beautiful fanart, civil discussions, and kind, welcoming people coming from the skylanders fan base then I see coming from whatever toxic, porn-ridden fan base you came from just to bully us.

The skylanders fan base has been calm, kind, drama free, and minding our own business but all we seem to get is hatred and harassment from other communities that we did nothing to.

Now, if you have played the skylanders games and still aren’t a fan then that’s OK! I respect you’re opinion! But harassing groups if people for no reason other then not liking what they like is not OK. Be respectful to all groups if people, no matter how much they love a children’s franchise

P. S. You may insult the skylanders franchise all you want but if you insult the skylanders soundtrack I will go feral.

in a way, when you think about it, the mr. saturn can easily blend well as an in-training digimon. hek, i bet the digimon themselves would be fooled by them.
