I've been working on an animation and holy hell it's so difficult, I've been storyboarding for over 5 hours and over 80 panels with absolutely zero motivation to do any of it 😭

On the other hand I have so much motivation to write and I've been writing a bunch the past couple weeks. But I've been bouncing between a couple ideas. I have too much motivation to stick to one idea and finishing that idea

I'm trapped in a hell of my own making

Also I've switched fixations over to JJK and I've been consuming an unhealthy amount of content and fics from it

On a real note the shading took me like 2 hours, but I'm proud of myself cause I hate clothing shading. This was the most clothing shading intensive piece I've done yet.

Ok so I recently got really into Wuthering Waves, like maybe 3-4 days ago and I've been playing it a lot. I've probably gotten about 15-20 hours into it rn. I don't play videogames a ton and I'm trying to play more, but I'm so easily distracted.

Anyways Scar and Jiyan are my main fixations and I have no shame in saying I simp for them.

Now my internal debate: if Scar had a partner, would he show affection in more of a puppy way or a sadistic, obsessive way or a combination of the two? Cause I can see all of those. Idk why but I feel like he'd have puppy energy around people he likes.

I'm not the only one thinking that right?

His name's Dread (He hates his real name, so that's a new name he created). He's one of my favorite OCs I've ever made. My girlfriend loves him so much and was very resistant to me posting him cause of how much she loves him. She has an OC in place of her that she ships with him so hard and I indulge in that.

He's pansexual and polyamorous. He has multiple partners, some of which are also with my girlfriend's OC.

Obviously he has a complex, fully fleshed out story and backstory. Most of which is trauma-related.

Anyways he's a mafia boss in charge of a gang called The Sirens, he's a siren himself, but in his world sirens can become human, they just have leftover siren parts like sharper teeth, fin ears, etc.

In his world there's all kinds of powers and hybrids and shit. It's great, a bit complex, but great nonetheless

The Final Swing

This was my 4th ever drawing on my iPad and my first time doing landscapes. I'll admit it's not the best and I've done better works now that I know more tools. But this still holds a special place in my heart.

I have a basic idea behind the story, it's a bit cliche but it hurts my heart:

A little girl loves going to a swing on a hill. It's her favorite place to go when her parents fight, when her dad drinks, when there's no one there for her. It's a quiet place, covered in wild flowers. It's her's, a place with sweet memories. Her dad had put up that swing, back when they were happy. Back when he was sober. Back when mom's infidelity was non-existent. Now it's just her alone on the swing.

She's swinging.

She sees a butterfly.

She follows the butterfly.

But she didn't see the car coming.

Her dad buries her at her favorite spot.

She's forever at her swing, her favorite spot.

Just before her death she had the final swing.

Hello! I'm Raccoon! I go by he/they/she pronouns interchangeably, there's no preference. I'm bisexual (kinda obvious by my banner) and I have an amazing girlfriend.

I'm a relatively new writer and artist. I've been drawing anatomy and characters for about a year. I've been writing on and off for about 2 years, but I've really focused on writing a lot more recently.

I don't take commissions. Any requests I can't guarantee I'll do. I'm very busy and I'll only do things that interest me.

I don't stray away from showing the messiness of mental illness, manipulation, and abuse in my writing and art. But I will never romanticize it. I'm perfectly ok with smut, nsfw, bdsm, etc. I'm willing to answer pretty much any questions about anything about things I write and draw.

General Rules For Requests/Questions:

No pedophilia or sexualization of anyone underage for obvious reasons.

No scat, watersports, or anything like that. It grosses me out on a visceral level

No fetishization of lesbians, gays, or the lgbtq community in general. This has happened to my girlfriend and I (I'm AFAB), it's super uncomfortable.

No incest or step-siblings or anything like that. It's gross, like they're family, whether by blood or not.

No demonization/denial of mental health, I've had enough people deny mental health or demonize it in my life.

No conspiracy theories like flat earth or shit like that, it just annoys me when people are uneducated and dumb.

Absolutely no pregnancy. Just no. It freaks me out and honestly it disgusts me to think about being pregnant. Nothing against pregnant people or anything like that, it's your choice, I'm not bashing anyone for getting pregnant. It just makes me really uncomfortable to write, read, or draw.

No glorification of self-harm. I hate glorification of self harm to such a deep extent. It's not something to glorify.

Please try to keep the main ship as x reader. Like I'll do other ships or even focus on other ships, but x reader catches my attention more and it's more fun for me to write.

Don't ask if/when I'm updating. It's irritating and I have no control over my fixations and motivation.
