So, I was wondering if you could do a little drabble where the boys take the reader out, and treat her to some coffee and dessert in those cute little coffee shops? Just some fluff because reader definitely deserves some rest after all the torture she went through 🥺

SPELLPROOF One-Shot: Trying new things.

Pairing: ot7 X reader

Genre: Fluff, Fluff and even more fluff, humor (if you find me funny)

Warnings: BTS being cute, YN being cute, everyone is being cute.

NOTE: This takes place in the SpellProof universe but it isn't at the start of any chapter. It is further along, in a sense, but this is just a filler so I can actually make the rest of the story seem coherent.

DISCLAIMER: I don't own BTS. This fan fiction is just for fun!

Today was a great day for YN. Why? Because she was going to do something she has never done.

Going into public with a lot of noises.

To 'normal' people, it's fine; they go on with their lives. YN, however; not so much.

Since she is autistic, her hearing is more sensitive to noise than other people's hearings. Add in her fennec Fox ears and you have a recipe for a disaster waiting to happen.

One time Namjoon forgot to tell her that there was a thunderstorm happening and when the thunder hit her eardrums, she jumped off the couch and snuggled up to Yoongi and Hoseok, shivering and shaking like a leaf on a windy day.

But she is going to be okay. She has her boys with her so she can focus on something and not get overwhelmed by everything going on.

YN was reading one of her fantasy books that Namjoon gave her when there was a knock on the door. Her ears perked up and her tails thumped against the chair.

"Come in!"

The door opened, revealing Jimin, Taehyung and Jungkook at her door. Tae walked over to YN, sat in front of her legs and put his head in her lap. YN giggles. Jungkook sleepily walked in, sat down next to her and started whining. Jimin, on the other hand, fluttered over to her and plopped himself on YN's lap, straddling her thick (or as I say, thick with 2 c's) thighs. This move caused YN to let out an 'oof' when Jimin landed.

Taehyung moved his head out of the way quickly and repositioned himself so he was on YNs left side. Jimin took YNs hands and put them in his hair. YN started to scratch his head, causing Jimin to hum softly and put his head into YNs chest. YN giggles again.

"Good morning to you too."

Jungkook looks up, eyes half open.

"YN-ah, Hobi-hyung wants you downstairs, dressed and ready to go out and eat."

As YN was about to answer, a loud stomach grumble answered for her. YN slowly looked to her left and saw Tae pouting.

"I wanted to eat breakfast, but Jin smacked my head with a spatula. He said that we should treat you to some food from his abeoji*s restaurant. So... Could you hurry?"

YN looked at Jimin for an opinion, but he currently had his head leaning back slightly into YNs hands. His eyes were closed in pleasure (minds out of the gutter... I see you...) His mouth slightly open with a smile and his wings were fluttering. YN tapped his head, causing Jimin to snap out of his trance.

"Hey! Why did you stop?? I was enjoying myself."

Tae snickered. Jimin smacked his head in response. "Not like that!"

Jimin got off YNs lap, pulling Tae up with him and push Tae out of the room.

"YN, I have to deal with a brat, so could you deal with Jungkook? Don't worry. It's like dealing with a sleepy puppy. Bye bye!"

Jimin closed the door, leaving YN with a sleepy Jungkook.

(Can I just say... Jungkook being sleepy is the cutest thing I have ever seen. And I finally have found out how to put in GIFs. Geez. Took me long enough) She crouched down in front of Jungkook, who was slightly swaying. She looked at the clock on her bedside table. 4pm.

How is this boy sleepy AT 4PM??

She looked back at Jungkook. "What are you so sleepy, Kookie?"

She started to stroke his ears, which made Jungkook whine and made his tail thump.

"Mmmmm.... Playing..... Games.....TaeTae....Not my fault...." Jungkook sleepily mumbled as he pushed his head into YN's hand more.

Ah. That makes sense.

Well, Hobi said to get ready. So she has to. There is one problem.

There is currently a wizard wolf boy on her floor, sleepily swaying.

Could she call one of the boys to grab him? No. They are probably busy. Could she get Bam or RJ to do it for her? No. RJ was with Jin and Bam was outside with Hobi, who was currently making sure that the flowers around the property were taken care of.

She huffed. It's time to take matters into her own hands.

'He looks pretty light...' YN thought to herself.

She retracted her hand from Jungkook, who let out a sound of annoyance. YN put her hands under Jungkook's thighs and lifted him into her chest. Jungkook's head flopped onto her shoulder. She grunted.

'...never mind...'

YN carefully turned around and went to her door. She opened it and slowly and steadily, went downstairs with the sleepy maknae in her arms.

Namjoon was reading one of his many books when he saw the woman bring Jungkook down the stairs. He watched with wide eyes and an agape mouth as YN went to the couch and tossed Jungkook lightly onto it. YN turned around, then jumped at the sight of Namjoon.

Namjoon was sat in a beige chair wearing an oversized sleeveless hoodie with blue and white text that says BALENCIAGA PARIS with an emblem in the middle, blue baggy jeans, white sneakers and an orange beanie.

Namjoon shook his head in shock.

"How... Why... How did you do that?"

YN looks at Jungkook, who was now sitting up, looking around the room sleepily.

"Ummm.... With my hands...?"

"But how did you hold him up?!"

"Uhhh... With my arms..."

"I mean, I thought that we could hold things up, but damn... I'm mistaken!" Namjoon smiled at YN.

"There's one thing that we can't hold." Yoongi said while walking into the room and flopping on the couch, causing Jungkook to get up and go into his room. Yoongi was wearing a black sweatshirt and sweatpants with white sneakers. Simple, yet effective.

"And what would that be?" YN asked.

Yoongi smiled at YN "That, my curious 12 Tailed Fox, would be alcohol."

"...oh..."

Jimin fluttered into the room and sat in front of Namjoon. Jimin was wearing a dark green sweatshirt that said BE A GOOD HUMAN on the back with yellow smiley faces on the elbows, black skinny jeans and black Chelsea boots.

"Hey! We can hold our liquor. I'm a goddamn pro!"

"Remember what happened at Ossu Seiromushi on our anniversary?"

Jimin's face paled. "Are we going there today?"

Yoongi gave Jimin an evil grin. Jimin looked at the ground in shock and cussed out Yoongi in Korean.

Namjoon was silent, let out a silent giggle then went back to reading while shooing YN away, signalling her to get ready. She went upstairs into her room and opened her walk-in wardrobe.

She looked around her wardrobe with slight shock in her eyes. Why did she make all the boys get her clothing options? There were so many options that it made her have a slight meltdown. What does she wear today? Is the weather hot or cold? Was the weather just at the right temperature? Does she wear a dress? If so, does she wear heels, flats or sneakers? Does she wear a playsuit? Maybe a nice T-shirt and pant combo? What about-

A knock on the door brings her back to reality.

"Hey, you ok in there?" Hobi asked from the other side of the door. YN smiles. Hobi is like a sadness detector. He feels something is off, he tries to resolve it.

"Yeah, I'm okay. Just... There's a lot of clothing, that's all."

"Awwww! You'll be fine! I have faith in you, sweetie! Anyway, I'll be downstairs with the boys. See you in a moment!"

YN looked back at the clothing and took a deep breath. She looked at the temperature on her phone. Not too hot. Not too cold. Just right. She is feeling in a dress mood today so she went to the dress part of the wardrobe.

She looked at her dresses. She pulled out a beautiful floral dress that Tae got her from Gucci. She looked at the price tag. She almost choked on her own spit.

Yeah... She's putting that back.

She saw a short neon green dress. Nope. Not in a million years. Then... She saw it... The dress that she was looking for.

The Strawberry Dress.

The dress was beautiful. It made her feel like a princess. She immediately grabbed it and put it on. She looked at herself in the mirror. She looked... Amazing. She put on white sneakers and accessorised with a small white purse, some silver earrings and glasses with a clear frame.

She giggled and walked out of her wardrobe with a confident stride. She walked down the stairs and caught all the boys attention. Well... Except Jin.

"Wow... YN, you look..." Jungkook said while walking towards her.

"Weird?"

"Like an angel..." Jungkook held her hand and lifted it up so she can spin for him. She did, causing the dress to flow freely with her movements. She truly looked like an angel.

YN giggled, grabbed the car keys from the key bowl (I don't know if you guys have that, but it's a bowl or place where you put your keys...) turned around and jingled the keys. "Well, shall we?"

Jimin tilted his head. "Since when could you drive?"

While Jimin said this, the boys and girl started to lock up the house so they could leave without the worries of being burgled.

YN thought for a moment. "I taught myself, got what I needed for the requirements for a license, then POOF! I can drive."

Tae chuckled while getting in the car. "You're lucky Namjoon didn't teach you. Otherwise the car would be engulfed in flames." This statement caused everyone to laugh. Except Namjoon.

"Boy, you are so lucky that I don't whoop your ass..."

The restaurant was very quiet. Probably because Jin made everyone who made a loud noise leave the premises IMMEDIATELY! He didn't want his jagi to have a sensory overload, did he?... Wait... Jagi?

Jin saw the boys enter with YN in tow, who was currently holding Hobi's hand and was looking at the different decorations in curiousity. It was very nicely decorated. Maybe she could decorate the house like this.

"YN-ah!" Jin walked out of the kitchen and went to YN with his arms open. YN smiled and went into Jin's embrace. Jin swayed side to side since he knows that the movement helps stimulate her in a new place.

"Are you ready to try delicious food, made by yours truly?" Jin pretended to throw his hair over his shoulder by doing a hair flip.

YNs tails started to thump against her back and in the air in excitement. "I'm ready!" YN then walked over to the biggest table and sat on a chair. The boys looked at her and then walked over to join in her happiness.

"Jin-hyung, how long have you been here for?" YN tilted her head in curiousity.

"Well, my appa asked me to prepare food for today today and there wasn't really any business happening so I stayed behind so... I think... From 9 in the morning?"

YN looked at the clock. It's 5 now. YN widened her eyes.

"Why were you here for that long?!"

Jin laughed his iconic laugh(and I mean, *iconic*, darling).

"I wanted to treat you. I've been treating these boys for a long time now. Whenever someone new comes along, I make them food. Probably the potion conjuring part of me kicking in. *Snickers* Since I think you might be around for a while, I'm going to spoil you whether you like it or not." Jin ended his sentence with a smile.

Jin flicked his wrists and different plates of Korean dishes came out from the kitchen. When the plates were set in front of all the boys and YN, all of their stomachs started to growl in unison like they were in a band. (Hmmmm... A band you say?🤔🤔🤔)

YN was overwhelmed. In a good way. She has never had this much food in front of her before. But boy, she going to enjoy every single bite. Since she isn't Korean (if you are, I'm sorry!) She was learning about the different dishes that the boys (aka. Yoongi and Jin) made.

Slowly but surely, she identified all of the dishes on the table and smiled.There was kimchijeon* bibimbap,* tteokbokki*, bulgogi*, jjiage*, Korean fried chicken, bibim nengmyun* and samgyetang* on their table.

Jin remembered her favourite foods.

From a nod from Namjoon, it was a Food. Frenzy. Boys grabbing food from left and right. Conversations were happening like they hadn't seen each other in years; talking about the weather to how the greenhouse was coming along.

While enjoying her Korean fried chicken, she looked at all of the boys. She loves the chaotic behaviour of them. Jungkook is currently having a debate on whether his girlfriend in the future would peel a perilla with Jimin while Namjoon and Jin were trying not to spit out their kimchijeon.

She had another bite of her meal and closed her eyes in content.

This is something she could get used to.

Bibimbap - consists of warm rice topped with mixed vegetables, beef or chicken, and raw egg, as well as soy sauce and a dollop of chilli pepper paste for seasoning.

Tteokbokki - red rice cakes

Bulgogi - consists of thin slices of marinated beef sirloin that are cooked alongside sliced onions, green peppers, and garlic using a charcoal burner, resulting in a distinctive smoky flavour.

Jjiage - Korean stew

There are many magical places around Earth. Some more prominent than others. However, there is one place where the magical beings reign supreme.

Seoul, South Korea

This is where everyone can be who they want to be. Lizard people walking around? Happens daily. Succubus flying through the sky? Just a regular Tuesday. Centaurs owning businesses? Yep. That too. So you won't see anything out of the ordinary.

Well. Until you meet a certain group of men. This group is called...

The Bangtan Coven.

Made up of 7 different men with 7 different personalities.

You have the leader of this group of Misfits, if you will. Kim Namjoon. The Vampire. Folks say that he is a killing machine because of his ancestors blood lust. When in actuality, he is a big softy who can be seen riding his bike around or chilling in the local library reading a book and drinking Kim Seokjin's tea.

Then we have Kim Seokjin. Witch or Warlock. Whichever tickles your fancy. He is what people would call the second in command. Only in this Coven, they don't have roles. They just assign people certain thing. In this case, Seokjin (or also known as Jin) is the healer of the group. He can tell if something is wrong with someone just by looking at their auras and can make any potion or elixir with just one read of a recipe. He also has a weird familiar...

Min Yoongi. The Merman. He likes to keep to himself. Some people think he is plotting to kill Namjoon and take over the Coven. Others think that he is with the Coven so he doesn't have to deal with the Merfolk's politics. In reality, he just wants to have a place where he can be loved for who he is. And he has found that with the boys.

Jung Hoseok (or also known as J-Hope or Hobi) Fallen Angel. Whether this ball of sunshine walks into a room, you KNOW that your mood will be turned upside down in an instant! There are rumours about how he fell to Earth but they'll be uncovered in a little bit.

Park Jimin. Fae. Prince. Yes, you read that right. Prince. He can charm his way out of any situation. He also looks good in anything. Even a garbage bag, he'd still look like a Louis Vuitton model walking down the runway.

Kim Taehyung. Demon. This man is sexual desires in a person. I'm not talking about Taehyung. Obviously. He's a puppy that everyone loves! Even Yoongi will smile at him most days! I'm talking about V. His demon ego. At nighttime, when Tae falls asleep, V comes out to play.

And now we get to the last member. Jeon Jungkook. The youngest member or maknae. Witch-werewolf hybrid. This boy is a whole can of worms. There has been so much that has gone on in his life and it. Is. Terrifying to look at.

The Coven was the talk of the town when it was first introduced to the supernatural community. People didn't expect men to be in a Coven by themselves; let alone 7! But overtime, through hardships and everyday viewing in the normal world that a 7 male Coven can exist, the Coven is a normal thing to see.

Now our story begins...

The sun shone bright into the leader's bedroom. The black curtains didn't do a good job at keeping the sunlight out, but the sunlight isn't that bad. But Namjoon woke up anyway.

Namjoon sat up and stretched his arms into the air, cracking his bones in the process.

'Jeez, I finally had a good sleep for once...'

He looked at the bedside clock. 10am.

'Good time to wake up. I should probably get the boys up as well.'

Namjoon got out of his bed which was covered in purple sheets and walked to his mirror. His eyes were glowing red. He sighed.

'if I don't feed now, I'm going to scare someone.'

Namjoon got a brown dressing gown and walked downstairs into the kitchen.

"Good morning, Namjoon"

Namjoon jumped slightly, then giggled, showing his dimples.

"Good morning, Yoongi." Namjoon said while walking over to Yoongi and giving him a hug.

'He's getting better with affection... That's good.' Namjoon thought to himself.

Namjoon sat at the breakfast bar while Yoongi served him some eggs and bacon with his special smoothie which has Bloodberries* in it. Yoongi leaned up against the cupboard, the light coming from the skylight making the scales on his arms shine bright like diamonds.

'His scales look better... even though he hasn't been having enough water lately... 'Namjoon thought.

"Is anyone else awake?"

Yoongi shrugged.

"I think Jin is in the greenhouse tending to the garden and also checking on Jimin" Yoongi said while sipping his water, "Jungkook is with Bam, and Taehyung went into Hobi's room. Probably making sure that his wings are healing properly."

Namjoon nodded while eating his food.

"You should probably start getting packed for the trip."

"Yeah. I probably should. Don't worry about cleaning up. I'll do it. Jin looked a bit scared when he woke up. You should check up on him." Yoongi then started to clean up the kitchen.

Namjoon then walked out of the cabin into the backyard.

The forest looked amazing as it always did. Different types of trees growing in a different variety of sizes. You can thank Jin and Jimin for that. There are even families of foxes that run through their garden now and again. The Coven likes peace and quiet as they can go around their business without having to deal with the stresses of daily life.

Authors note: *sigh* if only I could live in that cabin...

Namjoon walked down to the greenhouse where Jin was currently was tending to the plants. His familiar was also there.

"Good morning, Jin!"

Jin turned from the plant he was currently tending to (which was a bloodberry bush, obviously) and smiled at Namjoon.

"Morning, Joonie! How was your sleep?" Jin said while going up to Namjoon, giving him a brotherly hug and taping his finger up against Namjoon's chest; a sign that something was wrong.

"it was good. Did... Something happen?"

Jin's face paled.

"I... I saw... Something... That terrified me."

Namjoon walked Jin to a bench and sat with him.

"What was it?"

Jin stared off into space for a little while before continuing.

"I think ... I saw our mate."

Namjoon gasped silently. "How?"

"I don't know. But they were just... Standing there. Amongst the trees with their back to me. When they turned around to face me, I woke up. Terrified RJ too."

As if on cue, RJ the alpaca walks into the green house from Jimin's room.

Oh! Hello Mister Namjoon. I see you are with my master. Are you well rested?

"Hi RJ. I'm doing ok. Do you know about Jin's dream?"

About your mate? I have heard. Jin screamed! Which I'm still surprised that you or the others didn't wake up.

Namjoon looked at Jin with concern, but Jin conjured his book of recipes out from a pocket dimension and was reading about how to tend certain plants to distract himself from the dream like vision he had in the early hours of the morning.

'I'm going to check on Jimin. Could you go and check on Tae and Hobi for me?"

"Yes, I can do that. Hopefully it can distract me from that dream..."

Jin walked out of the greenhouse with a sad expression.

"I hate it when this happens..."

He told you that this would happen from day one, Mister Namjoon. This is what happens to Warlocks. When they sleep, either they have a dream, a nightmare or a vision of the future. Anyway, Im going to talk to Bam. See how Mister Jungkook is going on with his... Ailment...

"Thank you, RJ. I really appreciate it."

Namjoon stands up and goes to the door that RJ came through moments earlier and was about to turn the door handle when;

Wait! I need to tell you something. About Jimin. And possibly about all of you.

Namjoon pauses from turning the door handle and turns to RJ with a confused and slightly concerned look on his face.

Jimin's condition is getting slightly worse day by day. I, alongside Master Jin, have been giving him potions to help with the pain but... I don't know how much longer it will last for, Mister Namjoon. You might want to brace yourselves for the upcoming days. We don't know how long he has left... If you do see your mate, it will give him a bit of a shock. Be prepared.

RJ bows his head in respect, then leaves the greenhouse to accompany Jin with his duties. Namjoon holds back tears when he turns around to open Jimin's door to his sanctuary.

Jimin's sanctuary is filled to the brim with flowers, plants of different varieties and even insects. In the middle of the room is a fairy house covered in different types of flowers.

Namjoon walks to the fairy house, bends over and taps 3 times on the front door with his fingernail.

A few seconds later, the door opens and a tired looking pixie-sized Jimin walks out yawning and rubbing his eyes.

Jimin waves at Namjoon. Namjoon giggles at Jimin's sluggish movements.

"God morning, Tinkerbell"

Jimin sticks out his tongue, flies to the ground next to Namjoon and shifts into his normal size. Jimin sways slightly.

"Mmmm. Why are you waking me up..."

Jimin put his head on Namjoon's chest, the latter giving Jimin a big hug.

"We have a camping trip, remember? We get to spend time together which isn't in this house or forest."

Jimin looks up at Namjoon with sparkles coming from his eyes and wings, despite looking thin and pale.

"Really?! I'm so happy!" Jimin wiggled in Namjoon's arms while showing off his iconic eye smile.

"Yeah! Can you get to the main house by yourself, or do you want me to help you?"

"I can do it. I'll just be a little slow... That's all..."

Namjoon let's go of Jimin and let's the boy stand in his own.

"All right then. I'm going to get Jungkook and then we can all get ready and get this trip started!"

Namjoon leaves the greenhouse with Jimin and goes into the cabin where Yoongi is sat with Jin, Taehyung and Hobi at the dining table eating eggs and bacon.

"Is JK up?" Namjoon asked the group.

"I think so. I heard Bam bark a few times so it's possible." Tae said with a slight smile.

"Right then. I'll bring him downstairs the new can get going!"

Namjoon walks out while the other boys continue their conversation.

"If you say my laugh sounds like a window cleaner again, I swear to heaven above-"

Namjoon enters JK's room quietly without disturbing him.

' I don't want to listen to Jin rapping today.'

Namjoon looked up at Jungkook, alerting Bam to the new presence. Bam left his position from in front of Jungkook and sat in front of Namjoon.

Hiya, Mister Namjoon! How are you feeling today?

"I've been okay. How about the boy?"

Bam looks at Jungkook for a second, then looked back at Namjoon.

I'm... Not entirely sure. Sometimes he's cheerful. Sometimes, he just states at something.

Which Jungkook is currently doing. He is sat slouched on his bed, looking out of the window, rocking back... And forth... Like he was in a trance. His black wolf ears and fluffy wolf tail won't stop twitching. Sometimes, he would let out a whining/humming sound. Namjoon looks even more worried.

Namjoon approaches Jungkook and crouches in front of his brother.

"Hey, Bunny. How are you feeling?"

Jungkook stops his previous actions, then slowly drifts his gaze down to Namjoon's redish-brown eyes. And said a sentence that broke Namjoon's heart.

"Will my mate ... Like me...For me?"

Namjoon was in saddened shock. Why would Jungkook say that?! He has said many things over the years. But this? This was terrifying. Namjoon sat next to Jungkook on the bed, pushing the youngest's head into his shoulder and putting an arm around him. Bam sat in front of Jungkook again and put his head on Jungkook's lap. Jungkook pets Bam's head while listening to Namjoon.

"Hey... They are going to LOVE you."

Namjoon can't say anything else. Everytime he tries to, it falls on deaf ears. Jungkook started to fiddle with his fingers and his ears started to twitch again.

"But I always have this feeling that when they are in our lives, they will end up like... Her..."

Namjoon closes his eyes to hold back his tears.

Her.

The woman that only wanted Jungkook for his body and not anything else. If Jungkook didn't comply, he would get beaten, tortured or starved and locked in the basement. She also did another thing to Jungkook that he won't talk about until he is ready.

Namjoon stroked his hand over Jungkook's neck where there was burn marks from a shocking collar that the woman used on him. Jungkook flinched, looking at Namjoon with panic in his eyes.

"I'm scared too. We all are. Jimin cried crystals last night. Yoongi didn't have his bath so his scales aren't that sparkly as they usually are today. Tae almost had a demonic fit. Jin blew up his witching room but RJ cleaned up the mess. I almost threw up my breakfast this morning. We all are terrified but we will let this person in with open arms and let them know our fears. I know this is a big ask, but can you try and forget ... Her... And think about our new mate? For us?"

Jungkook stays silent, then shows Namjoon his bunny smile.

"Ok, Joonie. I'll give it my best shot!"

Namjoon beams at Jungkook. "That's my bunbun." He then pulls JK closer and ruffles his hair (which Jungkook OBVIOUSLY hates- note the sarcasm) and leads JK into the dining room to talk to the boys about the camping trip.

After a few hours of talking and finishing packing their bags, the boys put their bags into their car and took a road trip to the forest. RJ and Bam joined as well. The trip didn't take long since Jin got impatient and couldn't handle the maknaes bickering about who will sleep with who. So he conjured up a portal and drove through it and magically took the boys to the campsite.

The boys got out of the car. Well... Not all of them... Yoongi crawled out of the car, dry heaving, while RJ and Bam trotted off to play with each other.

"Ugh... Why can't I get used to teleporting?"

"Would you say that you are a... Fish out of water?" Jin said while doing his signature laugh.

Yoongi glared at Jin. "SHUT UP, YOU GOOFY LAUGHING MOTHERFUCKER!"

"GoOfY?!?!"

Namjoon facepalmed while Jin and Yoongi bickered.

'Im living with fucking 5 year Olds, I swear...' Namjoon decided not to intervene and went to the others to see if the boys were done with setting up the campsite.

They set up everything VERY quickly. Was it quick? Namjoon looked up... It was nighttime already...

Well, that was quick... Oh! That's why. It's the Magic Forest. Time is different here. Namjoon keeps forgetting that.

Namjoon sat down next to Jin, who has decided to stop bickering like an old, married couple with Yoongi, and looked at his boys. Jungkook who was laying on the ground with Bam on top of him and also laying on Taehyung's legs, the latter was stroking the youngest ears and was giggling every now and then at JKs whining. Hobi is sitting next to Yoongi talking about... Anything. They always do that. Jimin was talking to RJ and putting flowers into his wool. Namjoon smiled. He was at peace.

"Do you think we will find our mate?"

...never mind...

Namjoon looked over at Jin, who was sipping some herbal tea. Namjoon sighed.

"I hope so. But we need to find them quickly."

Jungkook suddenly sat up and was looking over Namjoon and Jin's shoulders, panic in his eyes.

"What is it, Kookie?" Taehyung asked while holding JK from behind.

Jungkook's ears perked towards where he was looking and his breathing started to hick.

"Our mate is here"

Everyone stood up in relief and panic.

Then 2 sounds made them panic internally.

A metallic clang...

And a blood curdling scream...

*Namjoon doesn't like to bite people so he eats Bloodberries instead.

And the first chapter is DONE! WOO! Cliffhanger. Who is it? What happened to JK in the past? We will find out who was in the woods...

SPELLPROOF 02

Pairing: ot7 x reader

Genre: Angst, Hurt/Comfort, Fluff, Fantasy

Warnings: blood and gore, description of injuries, talks of abandonment, Bangtan boys being protective fluff balls, there are too many warnings to count.

The boys are standing looking around in stunned silence.

"What the fuck was that?!" Yoongi asked while looking in the direction of the noise.

Seconds pass and Jimin collapses to the floor, screaming in agony, holding his right foot. His foot was going blue.

"JIMIN!" Taehyung exclaimed while running to Jimin's aid. Holding his brother in his arms while trying to comfort him through the agonising pain he was experiencing.

RJ and Bam were looking at each other like they were talking telepathically. Then they looked back at the boys.

We will go and find them. We know where they are located. Come on, Bam.

RJ and Bam go to leave the boys at the campsite when JK suddenly stands up.

Jungkook hesitates, then speaks up. "Let me come with you. I can shift into my wolf form. They won't be scared of me, since my magic would soothe them. Namjoon, you said earlier that you wanted me to try and forget her?" Namjoon nodded with concerned eyes and creased eyebrows. "This is me trying to forget. If they are hurt, I will care for them and it will help me forget. Please. Let me go with them."

Namjoon looks at RJ and Bam, then looks at the forest behind him. The screaming had stopped, but Jimin's screaming and wailing didn't. Namjoon looked back at JK.

"Ok. You can go. But just be gentle with them. Since Jimin has had this type of reaction, we don't know how they are going to react to a magical wolf, a Doberman and a llama."

"Alpaca..." Jin whispers underneath his breath, which Namjoon rolls his eyes at.

JK nods, then goes behind a bush. Some rustling later, JK comes out in his wolf form. Since JK is a werewolf as well as a witch, he doesn't have a traditional wolf look. Normal wolfs just have 1, maybe 2 colours in their fur that is too crazy- mainly brown, whites and blacks. JK, however is VERY different. They call him: The MoonDust Wolf.

The fur is black mixed with a variety of shades of Blues and black. His tail is large and bushy, like a squirrel tail or a long cats tail. His eyes instead of being the normal chocolatey brown that they usually are, are now glowing vibrant gold. He has white fur going around his eyes and down his snout. On his head are different crystals that Jin had found on his travels to different forests. JK also has dark blue horns that slowly curl at the end.

JK walks over to Bam and RJ 'talking' about a plan. Then after a few moments, they go into the forest- JK's footsteps leave a trail of sparkles and a dim light behind him. The other boys start packing up and waiting for the others return. Jimin looks out into the darkness of the trees, wings fluttering in anxiety, watching and waiting for his, or should he say, everyone's mate to be in their arms.

Jungkook, RJ and Bam were running through the forest, following the scent of the boy's lost soulmate. It's been 30 minutes since the screaming has stopped. Every time a minute passes, more anxiety falls on everyone's mind.

Bam suddenly stops, Jungkook and RJ following their companions actions. Bam looks to the left and sees something bad.

A trail of blood...

Bam looks at Jungkook, who is slightly panting from the running.

Be prepared for what you are about to see... Judging from the aura, it's not going to be a pretty site. Just... Be prepared, Master.

Jungkook takes deep breaths to help keep himself under control. If he doesn't, well... There won't be a forest... JK sees that RJ and Bam are already with the person so he decides to 'go a pair', as Yoongi would say and walked forward.

Then he turned the corner, he couldn't believe his eyes. He began to cry and whine.

The person was sat on the ground leaning up against RJ and Bam, clutching their leg.

Which was caught in a bear trap.

Their eyes were changing colour quicker than Yoongi or Jin could rap. Their hair, which is white as snow, was filled with dirt, leaves and incredibly matted. It looked like they didn't brush their hair since they were born. The rest of their body was covered in baggy clothing.

The person stared blankly at JK. JK stepped forward and sat in front of the person, examining them with his golden eyes which were still shining from his previous crying. The person kept looking at JK, but it wasn't a stare this time. It was a look of curiosity and wonder. Who knew that someone who looked like they crawled from Hell itself could look so innocent?

JK decided to break the distance by leaning his head close and giving their forehead a little luck, like he was giving them a peck if he was in his human form. His tail thumped against the ground when the person tilted their head in interest. They reached their left hand up and started to pet in between JK's ears. JK leaned his head into their palm, his tail thumping so much that magic dust was now on the ground and in the air.

Master. We should probably bring them back to the boys. Jin needs to give her medical attention.

Bam was right. If they don't go soon, who knows what will happen? JK turned around and lied down, RJ pushed the person slightly, signalling to them that they should get on JK's back. The person looked at their trapped foot, then back at RJ. Bam got up from where he was sitting, walked to the person's injured foot and licked one swipe above their wound.

The person felt a little better but was still aware that the trap was on their foot. Slowly, and with assistance from RJ and Bam, they got onto JKs back and held onto his fur on the back of his neck. JK slowly stood up (since he was carrying precious cargo) and walked slowly back to the boys.

The walk took longer since the trio weren't sprinting like they were competing in the Olympics. Bam and RJ were talking about certain things that they can do at the cabin to help the boys take care of you. Jungkook, however, was keeping an eye on the person on his back, who was currently swaying back... And forth... Back... And forth... While tapping their index finger on their thumb.

Jungkook heats up his fur to help with the cold that is in the forest. The person leaned forward bit by bit and ended up putting their arms around JKs neck. A silent sign of gratitude.

Just a little further, darling. Then you will be safe. I swear my Oath to you...

A few moments later, the trio with the person got back to the camp and signalled their return with howls, barks and a high-pitched bleat.

The others stop their current actions and gasp at the state of their mate. Jimin flies over and helps the person off of JK's back, the latter stretching and going behind a tree, which had some baggy sweats and a long sleeved sweater with some combat boots.

Jimin examined the person face with concerned eyes. "Boys. We need to get her to safety. Fast!"

"The hospital won't take them. They look like a Feral Being. They will just put them in a room and when they don't need them any more they will throw them on the streets to be used as an asshole's play toy." Yoongi said with anger in his eyes. Namjoon caught onto this and gave Yoongi his special water bottle.

"Well... Where do we take them, then?"

"I know" Jin said with confidence. He then walked over to the person and pulled them in his arms to comfort them, since he could see that the person was getting scared by their aura. The person put their frail arms around Jin, which made him smile. "We take them to the one place where we know best" He then lifts the person's chin so they are now making eye contact. The one word that Jin said made the person cry.

"Home"
