I LOVE THAT YOU ACTUALLY DRAW FAT CHARACTERS FAT. so tired of seeing the people who give them the most disproportionately angular and sharp jawlines n slim faces. not every fat person has fat in the face but sometimes its sooo ..... anyway u do it all and it is so refreshing love ur art

Thank you so much I appreciate the compliment & I’m happy my proportions come off right!! 🌹 I understand how you feel.. I don’t see art of fat folks much, but when I do it’s mostly weird proportions because drawing a skinny face and arms ETC. are so normalized for them, or prettier, that they just slap a wider tummy on them and call it a day.

I do wish artists were encouraged to study fat bodies as much as they are to study skinny bodies. I think the underlying problem is that artists simply just aren’t taught to be inclusive so they don’t know to make faces chubby with the body, or limbs.. all that stuff. In reality it’s actually not hard to draw at all!
