i choose adhd because of the memory issues in my experience of it its genuinely the worst part specifically because im not medicated and my country is very strict on dopamine type medications so getting it would not only be super exhausting but also super expensive so im unable to have it though the autism and anxiety are also manageable if anything is wrong i have both a meltdown and a panic attack which is not fun and i am diagnosed with depression but i dont think i have it genuinely It's the adhd and then again i do not take any medication for any of these because either they are manageable or im unable to its still really annoying the memory issues its to a point that i cant even distinguish between a memory and a dream they're the same sort of faded away thoughts and this impacts me severely on everything ever which sucks cause i have so much individual tasks to do and i cant even write it down because either i forget to write it down or i forget to check the list repost
