What Iβve noticed since I lost over 10 pounds this month:
-My boyfriend says I look like Iβm getting thin
-My parents compliment me more often
-Strangers have started complimenting me too
-Guys stare longer; girls glare harder
-My family has noticed my weightloss
-I went down a whole dress size
-My clothes are getting so loose they barely fit

Butβ¦
-I spend more time looking at thinspo than talking to my friends, family or boyfriend.
-My hair falls out more and more everyday
-I went from weighing myself every morning to weighing myself every time I go to the bathroom.
-Speaking of the bathroom, my bowel movements are always liquid.
-I went from freaking out when I went over 1,200 calories, to freaking out when I go over 800.
-I get so hungry sometimes that I end up feeling really naesous, and I canβt even eat if I wanted to.
-Itβs getting harder to concentrate on anything besides food, calories, and being skinny.
Sadly I canβt help but feel proud of myself, despite the cons, because I know Iβm getting closer and closer to my goal weight everyday.
No one will stop me from achieving my dream this time.
