like i've watched this show too many time to count now but somehow i'm only now picking up on these bits from the charles vs night nurse scene in ep4
when the night nurse throws crystal away, niko immediately runs over and helps her up
then when they get back to the group, niko stands in front of her, mirroring charles standing in front of edwin

I'm not exaggerating when I say that this is one of the most substantial and effective things we can do. If they receive real, physical letters from their audience, they will not be able to ignore it. If they keep coming, and get enough, eventually they'll have to acknowledge it.
And if they say "no" again, we'll just double-down. We'll keep going. We are not taking "no" for an answer. At least I'm not. I am sick and tired of this bullshit.
I am an artist, a writer, and animator. The film and television industry means a lot to me personally. Telling stories through the screen is something I have wanted to do my entire life, and I will always want to. And I am sick of corporations putting their bottom dollar over the creators of these stories. I am done with them doing everything in their power to hurt the people who do the actual work behind their success.
