This was supposed to just be a stupid idea but it became so much more. Pain Restaurant AU.

I was on the phone with @sabrisun and when I had said chain restaurant she thought I said pain restaurant and then we joked about how lapis and Keith would own a pain restaurant. Then we started to elaborate on it. It turned into this crossover between the Waiter!AU and like fight club.

Keith, a college dropout, and Lapis, an art student, are both having a bad day and go to the same bar in which they get in a bar fight. They both get thrown out and then complain how they just needed to blow off some steam. They go and open a “Pain Restaurant™” in which patrons can order food as well as have organized brawls. And if disrespect is shown to the staff, they’re allowed to hit you.

“The food’s great but the waiter decks you if you put your feet on the table.” Oh did I mention this joint is illegal yeah.

Peridot who is roommates with Jasper goes there to let out her anger concerning Jasper, telling her friend Pidge who’s in her astronomy class about Pain Restaurant™ who has been stressed recently about her brother going to another college. Pidge drags Hunk and Lance along and Lance begins flirting with Keith who is utterly confused, disturbed, and heavily pining.

Regarding Lapis and Peridot they bond over just having a shit show over Jasper. But Peridot only orders the food. “Why don’t you ever order pain just go to a normal resaurant.” “I live with Jasper.” “Ah.” Lapis and Jasper has had a sketchy relationship ever since they got in a fight at the Pain Restaurant™ and tried to drown each other in the beer trough.

Shirt and Allura are both police but still are patrons at Pain Resaurant™ and Shiro doesn’t fight anybody but like reigns Allure back in when she gets a little out of hand.

We don’t own the characters.

We came up with the AU.
