My first Disco Elysium fic has barely been up for 4 hours and I’ve gotten some lovely comments and feedback, so I just wanted to say thank you to this wonderful community for welcoming a washed-up former journalist back to the ranks of fanfic creation with open arms - writing has always been my passion and the one way I’ve always been able to cope and relax when things get rough. Truth be told, I was anxious as hell to post that fic and honestly debated not posting it at all - I’ve always been self-conscious and nihilistic about my own abilities, so you all have no idea how much your words mean to me.
