Fasted for around 20 hours until dinner,I was fine. I wasn't even hungry but once I ate I couldn't stop. I binged and now feel like shit. I'll try fast tomorrow and hopefully won't eat so I won't binge after. Fuck this shit

Honestly fuck Easter. My family always goes all out for Easter so I always get so many Easter eggs. It's almost impossible to not binge on chocolate. I just want to be skinny why do I have to have so much chocolate at my disposal. At least I'm not eating all of it at once and am able to control my fat ass for once.
