Just got done with Book: Water and it was really REALLY Good!!! Aang finally mastered Water bending and I think Katara did too!  I also noticed that the animation got tons better since the first episode and that’s really cool! Overall I really love this season and I can’t wait to watch Book: Earth!!

I learned Chuggaaconroy is also neurodivergent on Reddit today since he mentioned not being neurotypical in his Splatoon Let’s Play that I’m watching!! I have ADHD so it brings me great comfort that my (admittedly) comfort content creator is neurodivergent, albeit not the same type :]

Like Nia really is so trans coded and I'm so greatful to him for pointing it out in such an amazing way... Also like holy shit it hurts T-T

It really makes a lot of sense though with the parralels. I mean, one of Nia's outfits is literally trans flag colors

Add onto that the arc of like... Accepting her body and getting comfortable with it (changing from baggier clothes to what her blade form wears) is also just a very trans experience as one learns to shuck off the shame and embrace who you are...

Regardless if it's unintentional (which it most likely is not intended...), these connections have made one of my favorite characters ever even more meaningful to me. For some reason I never saw it before, so thanks for showing me it Chugga!!
