It has been almost 2 years since the mystic messenger craze.
I haven't touched the app in months.
My finger hovers trembling above the delete button.
But I suddenly see a bag of chips on the counter.
And alas, I cannot do it. The app stays.

...don't inhalers technically give it back though?...

the worst part about reading ancient roman philosophy is that sometimes you’ll read something expressly saying that people shouldn’t do something that you do frequently and it’s like diogenes threw a plucked chicken at you from 2000 years ago
A lot of people are never going to want to hear the truth
So many of you all would rather allow yourselves to be swept along with media hysteria and blame the person who most easily benefits you and what you WANT to be the truth rather than sit and listen to what IS the truth. Tumblr loves talking about how diverse and accepting it is, but the moment someone says they have a different belief or says something completely harmless that you decide is "toxic thinking" it's only a matter of time before the lot of you converge on that person and swear at them, threaten them, bully them and overall just engage in ever activity you all claim to be against. I'm not talking about people arguing against their own religious and political beliefs, but rather the harsh backlash that anyone receives here the moment they say anything along the lines of "maybe that man was actually innocent?" Or "I just think she wasn't in the right to do that horrible thing she did." You all encourage individuality and different points of view but screech and stomp them out the moment they aren't the kind of "different" you want. Just something to think on, I suppose.
