Honestly, this whole anime is a meme factory, but this one I felt in my soul. It also took me 3 episodes to realise why I enjoy this absurd show so much - it's because the main character actually is the "dirty old man" in her soul, and it resonates. :)

The only reason we have other sciences at all, Everything, from chemistry and biology to psychology and economics, is because those aspects of the first two are closest to our ability to perceive the scale of the universe.
