having a small, weird adult sitcom show is awesome, but it's also hell. this show is a couple years old, has very concerning humor and distasteful art style, and I have a rare pair of a side character and a main character when the target audience of this show is those in middle age. it's so hard

(now can I just say. Taub is the only one who treats Kenny humanely and speaks to him normally and takes his priorities seriously and actually gains his trust?? Yes this man is a selfish weak-willed coward in almost every aspect of his life.. but he does genuinely give a shit about his patients and literally risks his job for that kid to get the surgery he needs. Sure he's a dogshit husband, but I'd want him for my doctor any day. Rant over, we can all go back to giving him wedgies and putting gum in his hair now!)
